ジェノヴァ・ラヴィオリ、フェットゥチーネ＆ティラミスクラス（高級ワイン付）

This was the highlight of our time in Genoa. Pietro did a fabulous job teaching us to make two types of fresh pasta and tiramisu. We got to drink wine and eat what we made which was an awesome experience. Pietro was critical in making this well thought out experience spectacular.

This is a great time! Our host, Petro, was friendly, professional and funny. The event last about 3 hours long, just the right amount of time. There is plenty of wine/water served throughout the event. Recipes were shared after and my husband and I looked forward to trying these at home with our grandchildren. If your time permits I think a must.

We went as couples with my sister in law and her husband. It was a great experience, well worth doing if you have time in Genoa. We had a great time with the hands in learning on how to make the pasta and tiramisù. While the food was being prepared we enjoyed a couple glasses of wine while make new friends learning their German customs compared to our US customes. Once the food was made, we enjoyed our own pasta, it was fantastic! Before leaving the link for the recipes was provides to make at home. Such a great experience!

The pasta class was fine and our coach was incredibly kind and served us lots of wine. The class itself was probably only 30 minutes though, and then we spent the rest of our time waiting around and having lunch. It took us such a little time to make the two pastas because all you’re doing is prepping the dough and the tiramisu that it almost felt like the instructor didn’t know what to do with us. I think moving forward just a little bit more transparency about the looking feel for where this class is taking place and exactly how much cooking you’ll actually be doing versus standing around or sitting at a table drinking wine waiting for your pasta to be cooked.

Petro was a very good host. He made the experience wonderful. Very casual and meet some really great people from all around the world.

Cozy experience, good food and nice people! I absolutely recommend the course if you are passing through Genoa. Unfortunately, we were rescheduled to another date due to illness. When we arrived it was first difficult to find the premises because it wasn't properly signed where, but we finally found it! We who were rebooked also ended up in a room that felt like a basement. The cooking class was held in another location across the street, which was significantly nicer with a better atmosphere. As a customer, I still think that if we had been flexible and adapted to the rebooking, we could have gotten a little more priority on site. That said, the cooking and the food were a pleasant experience and the staff helpful, but we would have appreciated a little better care.

What a wonderful hands on experience. Pietro was wonderful. He kept class fun & entertaining. There was time to mingle and meet the other participants & the pasta/tiramisu we made and then enjoyed in one another's company was a highlight of my trip! Great value for the money & can't wait to show family and friends that great new recipes I learned!

Pietro was an amazing guide and our entire family loved learning to make pasta and tiramisu. The location was easy to find and the instructor was very fluent in English.

Unforgettable evening and great atmosphere! We had an absolutely magnificent cooking event last night! We were given a super warm welcome by our chef, Pietro, as soon as we arrived. Since we were a small group, there was a relaxed, brief introduction beforehand before we got started right away. Surprisingly, we started with dessert – and from the very first moment, Pietro managed to really involve every one of us. With an incredible amount of wit, charm, and ease, he created a fantastic atmosphere. Afterward, we conjured up homemade ravioli and fettuccine. The result and the entire experience were truly magnificent! Thank you very much for this wonderful evening, dear Pietro! ☺️
