This was a truly wonderful experience. We booked through our language school so the class was entirely in Italian. Angela a was a superb teacher - very clear and patient. We learnt how to make a proper Tuscan ragù and 2 types of pasta and Tuscan biscuits to drink with vin santo. The learning, environment (beautiful restaurant in one of the oldest buildings of Montepulciano) and whole experience were just fabulous. Couldn’t recommend more highly
An amazing experience! One of the best cooking class we have ever done. Angela was fantastic, so knowledgeable and really felt like we learned something. The restaurant itself was beautiful (like a museum) and a wonderful dinner with wine and a beautiful presentation of the biscuits we made to take home. Could not recommend more highly!
