ポーランドの歴史を学び、かつて強制収容所だったアウシュビッツ・ビルケナウを訪れます。アウシュビッツ・ビルケナウは、現在、第二次世界大戦中にそこで亡くなった人々を記憶する場所として機能しています。 クラクフのホテル送迎付きなので、自分で輸送を計画する時間を節約できます。 ガイドツアーに参加することで、その土地の文脈やそこで起こったことをより深く理解することができます。 運転手が美術館の入り口まで案内し、チケットを渡し、必要な情報をすべてお伝えします。 ツアーは現地ガイドと30人のグループで行われます。 参加者は各自ヘッドセットを受け取ります。 アウシュビッツ美術館ツアーの前半は2時間。 第2部ビルケナウは1時間。 キャンプとキャンプの間にはシャトルバスがあります。 ツアー終了後、ドライバーがホテルまでお送りします。

Punctual, professional and pleasant to alliterate for Pawel in Poland. Every dimension of our transit to and from Auschwitz-Birkenau was as smooth as possible.
The driver of our van and our tour guide were excellent. However we booked a "Private Van Auschwitz Birkenau Tour" but nothing was guaranteed or private. We were called on 3/30 and told our tour for the morning of 3/31 was cancelled. Our only option was to take the tour on the afternoon of 4/1 leaving us, 6 senior citizens, touring the salt mines in the morning and Auschwitz Birkenau in the afternoon, exactly what we had tried to avoid. When we did get to the tour our group of 6 was joined with a larger group leaving us struggling to hear our guide.

We understand how uncomfortable this situation may have been and we will do our best to improve even further in the future. When booking the Private Van Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour, the “private” aspect refers to the transportation—meaning a private van without other guests joining your vehicle—not to a private guided group within the museum itself. Visits to Auschwitz are always conducted in organized groups of approximately 30 people, and this is strictly managed by the museum. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence over this arrangement. The only way to have a completely private guided experience inside the museum would be to purchase all 30 spots in a group. This entire trip was very well organised and well worth the visit. Our driver- Pawal particularly made the day a success. He organised packed lunches which were very nice and at reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend this trip- visiting Auschwitz is a eye-opening experience but this is definitely worth the trip.

Highly recommend this company in particular Pawell who was our host & driver. Without his support we would have missed this experience due to over selling from larger operators and can’t thank him enough for recovering a bad situation and making it a really pleasurable experience with the added benefit of getting to see the Salt mines in our stay. New, meticulously clean Mercedes V class limousine with local knowledge and experienced safe driver, guide, host . Thanks again
Pawel was an absolute life saver. After being let down with Get Your Guide he tailor made a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines. He gave us lots of information and guidance for our stay in Krakow and looked after us so well. Thank you Pawel, you made our stay so much better.

The Auschwitz-Birkenau private minivan tour was excellently organized. Our driver Pawel was punctual, knowledgeable, and super friendly. The vehicle was comfortable, and the entire experience was unforgettable. Strongly recommend this service.
Pavel stepped into drive us to Auschwitz at last minute at 7am and was able to get to site only slightly late. He was extremely helpful to describe how to jump queues and where to check in so we could join our timed group and not miss too much. On way back to Krackow, he was super helpful to recommend local restaurants and delicacies (donuts, ribs, herring, pirogi and mushroom soup). Also off the beat places to visit. Great guy as a guide. Strongly recommend.
