Well done tour from pickup to drop off

Highly recommend. Our driver (Marek) contacted us the day before to advise on what time he would pick us up. We requested to go early and they were able to accommodate us, so that we did not get stuck in the crowds. Our car was clean, right on time, picked us up outside the front door of our hotel and we had a comfortable 75min ride to the site. Marek made sure to hand us our tickets and walkthrough where he would be to shuttle us between sites. The tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We took the English tour, and our guide spoke great English, answering one-off questions along the way. Would highly recommend using this service and we greatly appreciate Marek’s accommodations.

Our guide did an excellent presentation of the death camps keeping the liberation findings objective and respectful. It’s uncomfortable but important to never forget.

This was an incredibly somber, heart wrenching, educational experience. My daughter and I learned so much and were treated so well and kindly by the tour guide. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation with him and learning a whole new perspective. Truly grateful.

Our driver was exceptional - arrived early at our hotel, drove safely, took us through the day’s events and timeline multiple times, ensured our tickets worked for entry into Auschwitz, waited for us to complete the Auschwitz tour to provide us with lunch before taking the bus to Birkenau, and then was waiting for us after we arrived from Birkenau to take us back to our hotel. Great experience!

Picked up from hotel at 07.00, returned to hotel at 13.30. Notified of pick up time the day before. Everything went like clockwork. The tour was very informative at both of the Auschwitz locations.

Fantastic driver. Extremely clean car. Marek looked after us well and made the entire trip very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We booked 3 tours before we left the UK. Michal was very professional, he answered our request very promptly and confirmed the dates and tours before we left the UK. No payment was made prior, it was made in the day of each tour. The night before he messaged to confirm our time and location of collection (which was outside our hotel as agreed at booking). The drivers turned up on time, in clean well maintained vehicles. All 3 drivers were very professional, polite and organised us on our days so we knew exactly what was happening and where we needed to be. The tour guides that escorted us all spoke clear English and were very well knowledgeable. It’s been a very enjoyable trip for us thanks to Michal, who was recommended to us by a family member. Thank you everyone involved, we received excellent service would highly recommend.

The tour was operated by the Auschwitz’s museum guides as I understand all tours are and was very informative and powerful as expected. The driver, Michael, was excellent. Arrived 5 minutes early so we were in our way immediately. The car was clean and to an extra bit lunch was added. Would highly recommend.

I booked an Auschwitz tour for my parents with Michał Kr via facebook messenger after seeing him recommended by many others. The tour included hotel pick-up and drop-off. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The driver arrived right on time at 7am in the morning and everything was very well organised, which made the day completely stress-free. Transport was a mini bus, comfortable and efficient, they were also given the option to add on a packed lunch, which turned out to be really good value and very convenient during the day. The guide at Auschwitz was knowledgeable, respectful and explained the history clearly while allowing time to take everything in. It was a very well-run tour overall. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area — great organisation, punctual service, and a very informative guide. Thanks again!
