The tour was absolutely incredible and extremely well organised from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout, and the private transport pick-up was excellent — comfortable, punctual and very well arranged. Communication was also fantastic from beginning to end, but the real highlight was the tour guides. They were genuinely the best guides I’ve ever experienced on a tour — incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and professional. We particularly loved the exclusivity and efficiency of the whole experience. Everything felt well thought-out and seamless, which made the day even more enjoyable. I would definitely book with this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class tour experience in Kraków.

Troubling, but excellent tour, as it should be. Took a few hours covering both Auschwitz and Birkenau, but both informative and fascinating, albeit difficult to comprehend the scale of the genocide. Tour guide was superb, tone just right. And Jan picked us up on time, got us to and from Auschwitz on schedule, and kept us informed throughout. He was superb, and provided an excellent lunch too. I doubt this tour is for everyone, but I find it a profoundly moving and enlightening experience.

Booking a private transfer to Auschwitz-Birkenau was the best decision we made for our trip, and we cannot recommend Jan Borczak highly enough. Jan arrived at our hotel exactly on time with a spotless, comfortable, and air-conditioned vehicle. The drive from Krakow takes about 1.5 hours, and Jan struck the perfect balance for such a solemn journey. He was incredibly professional, shared helpful local context on the way, but also respected the quiet, reflective mood of the day. When we arrived, he walked us toward the entrance, ensured we knew exactly where to go, and coordinated a seamless meeting point for afterward. Visiting Auschwitz is an emotionally exhausting experience and having Jan waiting right where he promised with a cool car and a smooth, quiet ride back was an immense relief. If you are planning this visit, do yourself a favor and request Jan Borczak. His outstanding service and genuine kindness made a difficult day so much easier to navigate. Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is an emotional experience, but our guide, Anna, made it truly unforgettable. Anna managed the crowd flawlessly and made the experience feel deeply personal. Anna was exceptionally knowledgeable, speaking with a profound sense of respect and solemnity that set the perfect tone for the entire group. She ensured everyone could hear clearly, paced the walk perfectly, and took the time to answer questions with immense care. She kept us moving smoothly through the site without ever making us feel rushed, giving everyone the space to process the history. A great guide completely changes how you experience a historic place like this, and we felt incredibly lucky to have someone as compassionate and informed as Anna. Highly recommended!

Kapi took us to aushwitz and was really nice, played good music in the car journey and waited as well as explained everything to us so there was no confusion about what we were doing and where we were going. We brought our own packed lunch but they also offered one for around 60PLN which is a pretty good deal. A very stress free trip, no queues and the experience itself was excellent.
