Well worth a visit and much better than we expected.
Definitely avoid the weekend, and it’s best to set off as early as 9.00 am.
Otherwise, it gets really crowded.

Do not book this tour
Do not waste your money, this is a rip off tour.
Firstly it is advertised as Tower, Cathedral and Baptisery timed entry tour, and set out as if its a guided tour with itinerary ie next we go to ...
The meeting point was confusing as we were thinking we were meeting a guide, only to find out there is no guide these are just jump the queue tickets for the tower access and cathedral only. There is no tour, and there was no entry to the Baptisery.
Don't waste your money, there were no queues for either the tower or cathedral and it is a lot cheaper to book tickets when you are there. We got sent the ticket about 16 hours before our timed entry time, and when we queried where the meeting point was (it was just the non existent queue to climb the tower) and what happened to the rest of the tour we had believed signed up for, you are met by a very rude and arrogant operator who just says read the ticket (you can clearly tell they have had multiple complaints about the same issues i raise here).
It was such ashame as Pisa was the last stop on our holiday, and dealing with such a sarcastic and rude tour operator put a sour tinge on what had been a lovely holiday.
In short, save your money and patience by avoiding this trip and just buy your tickets for the tower and cathedral on site.

Highly recommend the visit, and do the climb not just the photo!
Booked via Trip Advisor as a known company as was unsure of some of the other websites. All worked ok.
Was a bit miffed that we appear to have paid £57 for tickets that were priced at 40 Euro's. If peak time you may need to book in advance, but I think we could have purchased tickets ok on the day when we were there for 40 Euros. It is all timed entry once you have a ticket for 1.30 2pm etc you get in the queue for that. Please note no bags!, but you can leave them for free in the lockers at the other side of the grass for free by scanning your tickets only from 1/2 hour before. Toilets 1.2 euro I think. Cathedral was also very nice inside.
Quite an unusual experience climbing the leaning tower, one minute you are leaning on the inside, the next leaning on the outside, good view from the top and very enjoyable.
If this is going to an America and anyone is desperate for home, there is a McD outside main entrance.

Do Not book with this ticket operator!
It was terrible arrived and they said our tickets weren't valid and weren't allowed in the church.

Nice but expensive.
It is a bit of an obstacle course because we were sent around before accessing the tower. Furthermore, it is a bit expensive when you are with a family.

Not confident with viator. Never again
Tickets didn’t match the reservation: different hour, one visit missing,… not the first time: in 2021 in florence people was not here at palazzii vecchii to give us the tickets

Good but expensive
We decided to go to the Tower of Pisa last minute and wanted to ensure we could climb it. The tickets we purchased were about double the normal price, but we found them worth it for the last minute purchase. Otherwise, I would purchase the tickets in advanced from the official source. They also deliver tickets via WhatsApp, so keep that in mind.

If tickets sold out, but from here
The tickets for leaning tower of pisa had sold out for when we wanted to go so we bought these. It worked really well and they were well organised. If the tickets haven’t sold out on the official website you don’t need to book this.

Everything was perfectly arranged. Tickets via whatsapp, very handy. Questions were answered quickly and kindly via that same number.
The places visited in Pisa were quite beautiful, we enjoyed every part.
