The tour was great, Christina was awesome. She delivered a lot of historic detail in a contemporary style, which made it fun and easy to consume.

Leaning Tower and Beyond!
Great tour of the Square of Miracles! Enjoyed the basilica and of course, the leaning tower.
Learning about the architecture and history was interesting.

Disappointed
Was late due to accident. No calls from operator. When we finally managed to speak to a person they were unable to rebook us within our schedule & we were told no form of refund available. Had to buy additional tickets from another provider so we could at least visit the museum & statue of David. Not happy Jan

A good tour for Pisa

We did 90 minute tour...
We did 90 minute tour which was about right as all the sights very close to each other - then we left the guide to go up the tower. We did struggle a little with the guide as her accent/delivery resulted in the words being received in a continual rising & falling way which was distracting & sometimes difficult to follow.

Great tour!
This was a great tour! The pickup spot was right in front of the entrance, so it was very easy to locate. Our tour person was very knowledgeable and fun.

Guided tour of the Square

Great!!
Great tour. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. She knew every question that was asked from the group and I would highly recommend this tour and going up the tower.

It is not an excursion for people of any age. There are 297 steps and no elevator.And the company does not warn of this. Publi
Not everyone can go up 7 floors. You have to warn him! I can not upload them, therefore I felt conned. Very good guide.

Nos gustaría recordar que es importante que los clientes reúnan información con antelación, especialmente si tienen condiciones de salud particulares, para poder disfrutar plenamente de la visita.
Queríamos corregir que la Torre de Pisa tiene 251 escalones, no 297 como se mencionó por error. Este dato está presente en la descripción del tour, así como en las entradas que se te entregaron y en la web oficial de la Torre Inclinada.
También queremos aclarar que nuestra torre medieval, que data del siglo XII, es un monumento histórico y, por desgracia, no cuenta con ascensor. Sabemos que esto sería una solución más fácil, pero esta es justamente la razón por la cual subir a una torre tan antigua es una experiencia tan especial.
