The Royal Palace tour was incredible! The place is stunning and full of history, and our guide made it even more interesting with great explanations. The eBook was a nice bonus with extra insights. A must-do in Madrid!

Absolutely do not take this tour with this company! Expensive and not what was described. The tour started an hour later than scheduled so we waited around for the extra hour..to begin. (We called Viator and customer service did try and assist. They called the tour company. Nobody at the tour company would answer the phone calls) New meeting time and they still could not stay on schedule. 9 people were not there so we waited another 15 minutes. (Of course they weren’t there! They came an hour earlier!!!). We eventually make it to the Royal Palace. Tour guide was knowledgeable…however we started late and still managed to finish 25 minutes early. Our family travels often and have relied on Viator for several tours..they have always come through. This is the first time that we feel we absolutely did not get our money’s worth. We do not recommend this tour.

Absolutely stunning experience! The Royal Palace is breathtaking, and our guide made the entire visit even more special. They were incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating historical facts and little-known stories about the Spanish monarchy. The interiors are luxurious, and every room felt like stepping into another century. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Madrid!
