This food tour in Porto led by Cintia was outstanding. A tour is really only as good as your guide and Cintia was super friendly, humorous and extremely knowledgeable of not only the food and wine of Porto but also the city itself, it’s history, it’s must-see shops, landmarks, restaurants and foods. And Cintia was super knowledgeable about Port wine, its origins and history. She gave 110% in effort to make our experience memorable. Outstanding! She must be commended and whole-heartedly recommend.

Had a brilliant evening, our guide Cinita was excellent, she made our experience so enjoyable. She made us feel very special and valued. Her local knowledge was very detailed and interaction with the staff in the selected venues was top class. We were a small group of 6 and we all gelled from the start. This tour was honestly the best start to our Porto trip. Our guide Filipe was amazing. He kept things interesting including the history behind each stop, and the food/drink was so tasty and diverse throughout. If you can, do this tour at the start of your trip. We had a wonderful food your with Filipe. We were treated to several traditional Portuguese dishes including bifana sandwich, pastel da nata, codfish and naughty rice, port wine, cheeses, and more. Filipe did a great job with informing us the history of the dishes, the places, and general historical knowledge if the city. Plus he gave us great insight into the mythology of the famous wizard and the inspiration to the writer. We highly recommend the tour.
