ドウロ渓谷ワインツアー（ランチ、ワインテイスティング、リバークルーズ付き）

Everyone in our group of 6 enjoyed the day. We visited 2 wineries and had a little coffee break in a small charming town. Plus the boat ride was so beautiful! We almost missed it (because of the time crunch) but soooo glad we didn’t. It was a large boat with plenty of seats to capture all the views. There were many lovely photo ops and the scenery is one you will not forget!! I would suggest to not forget to have breakfast. The wineries do not include any kind of bites. I know the first stop sells cheese & meat but ask if you have time before ordering. There is lunch provided but it is after tasting ports and the boat ride. You will have had plenty of drinks by then. A good problem but nonetheless. Also pack a fan, we visited in the summer which we knew would be hot. The bus itself gets hot since it has to be fully turned off while we explore. And do not forget to pack water. Hydration is key while having a day’s worth of tastings. There were a couple of negatives. I thought we booked an English only but our guide also had a Portuguese group within ours. I would think only one language would be best for such large groups. The other was the speed of the first stop. Croft was such a beautiful property! We did not get to properly enjoy our 3 tastings of ports. Chugging ports is never fun. There was a major city event which caused our original time of 7:30am to push back an hour (which was a plus). Although because of that, everything else felt rushed. We thought it meant everything else would be pushed back. Or it could have also been because we had such a large group altogether. There were at least 30 in total. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives. I would still do the day again!

Great day. Lovely stops Amarenre was beautiful. Wine tasting and lunch in a lovely setting and great food and wine River cruise stunning scenery. Finishing day on top of winery overlooking duoro valley. Zara and Miranda great hosts.

Really loved this tour, Rita, our guide was knowledgeable, passionate and funny whilst Carlos, our driver, got us around safely and professionally. For the price you get a full day, great views, a generous amount of wine and a good lunch. Great if you want a good sightseeing experience that's not too serious or in depth; and can be built upon nicely with something like World of Wines if you do want to then get really into the detail of making wine. It is a long day so if it is hot bring water and be prepared to be a bit cooked!

Overall my experience was great. Pick up was convenient but the bus was about an 8 min walk uphill from the meeting point and it was right outside our hotel. So we took a 16 min walk for nothing. Rita was our tour guide and Carlos was the bus driver. They were excellent and got us to our location safely. Rita was fun and entertaining. All the stops were spectacular. The lunch was great but the port was better! Views were impeccable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who visits Porto. We had a beautiful day and still have time to have dinner and relax at our hotel.

The day was totally worth it visiting the Duoro area.We had an exceptional guide Rita who kept us informed and entertained. Felt very comfortable and safe with our driver Carlos. Obrigada Living Experience.❤️

Miguel is a fantastic guide! He’s helpful, humorous and super friendly! Will definitely recommend this tour with him. This tour is definitely value for money, with great wine tasting and lunch and a relax and scenic river cruise.

No dull moment. Miguel was lovely the entire time on the Douro Valley Tour which come with good food & wine.

Amazing time!! Rita and Carlos were a dream team!!!! They were kind and knowledgeable and kept everyone engaged! The karaoke bus ride home was a plus!

Great experience and incredible value. Fun, educational, and lots of variety Miquel was very knowledgeable and fun I am still amazed at Analeno navigation those roads.
