Vacationing in Vancouver, we chose to explore the stunning Victoria Butchart Gardens. The tour was breathtaking, including a ferry trip to the island and a guided walk through the beautiful gardens. The scenery was truly amazing and our guide was helpful and also answered all our questions.

Coach pick up from V downtown hotel, transfer to ferry, ferry to VI, coach tour to Victoria and Butchart Gardens, friendly and knowledgeable driver/guide (jay), ferry through beautiful islands to V., drop off back at downtown hotel. A great day without the stress of organising it all oneself.

The meeting time was off, the tour guide was expecting us 30 minutes before the meeting time listed on the ticket. It looks like the company that sells the tour and does the tour do not communicate well. We wish we could spend more time in the garden - like 3 hours instead of 2 because there is so much to see! The garden and Victoria are beautiful! Overall the trip was interesting and beautiful. The tour guide was the best!
The ferry ride was fun for my family and Butchart Gardens was absolutely beautiful. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the trip. Appreciate the ease of booking : I booked, had the ticket copy on my phone and showed them when we got to the meeting point.
Punctual pickup by friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable guide/ driver Jay. Knew the ins and outs. Very clear when and where to meet bus after exploring Victoria Inner Harbour and Butchart Gardens. Butchart Gardens lived up to their reputation and ferry ride back at sunset was beautiful. Long day, but absolutely worth it. Very smooth day overall without having to make all the transportation and ticketing arrangements on your own.
Loved the variety of places we went. Butchart Gardens are stunningly beautiful! Our driver/guide, Jay, is a terrific guy and nice to talk with. What was NOT okay was how Trip Advisor failed to get our pick-up hotel communicated to the operator. We got at least four messages saying we needed to choose a pickup location. We chose a hotel that was on their list, but we got a message from the operator the day before the tour that specified a general pickup location by a coffee shop. Maybe Trip Advisor needs to work on its software. ??
A great introduction to British Columbia’s capital: its location and attractions. A terrific, big day from a very early start and including interesting road travels and ferry crossings. Downtown Victoria and Butchart Gardens both well worth the visit. Our guide Jay was a gem. He was always on time, courteous, knowledgeable and funny, and made the whole day an extremely pleasant experience.
