Vancouver Island was amazing with the highlight being Butchart Gardens. Our driver and guide, Joe was very good. BUT when you book, find out what ferries you are booked on. We met the bus at 8.50am and ferry left 11am (it takes approx 50mims to get to ferry terminal from the city. Our return ferry was supposed to leave 7pm, but was 45 mins late, which is very common. This meant we didn't get back to the city until 10.15pm and a very late train to our accommodation. It makes for a very long day.
This was a long day in a coach. If I had been aware that the tour was 13 hours I would not have booked it. Much of the tour was just driving or waiting in line to board the ferry. The actual tour was pretty short.
We had an amazing time on the 5-day Banff tour with Eric on August 10! The trip was fun, enjoyable, and very well organized. Eric was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. Thank you, Eric, for making this trip such a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tour was much too long, needlessly. The Butchart Gardens was beautiful and well worth the visit. The short stop to Peking park was worthless and even to downtown Victoria for an hour without a plan on late Sunday was pointless. I wouldn’t do this one again. Our guide Ryan, our guide was great.

We appreciate your honesty regarding the one-hour stop in downtown Victoria, which is intended to offer guests a taste of the city's charming atmosphere. As you may recall, the tour began with five scheduled pickup stops to collect all guests for the day. We're glad the pickup process went smoothly and without delays. However, making multiple stops across the city does take some time before the group can head directly to the gardens. This is a necessary part of the tour’s logistics and allows us to serve guests from a wide range of departure points. Please rest assured that your feedback is very important to us, and we are continually looking for ways to improve our routes and pickup arrangements to enhance the overall guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Wow. The tour was out of this world. I highly recommend it. The Victoria harbor and the Butchart Gardens are amazing. Joe, our guide and driver was superb. So thoughtful and caring.

Long day but we got to see a lot Adequate time in Victoria and Butchart Gardens to explore. There was some confusion about the pick-up time so we had to wait 2 hours - luckily we were the first off the bus on the return trip. Joe was very kind although his accent made him hard to understand.

Great guide Joe! I enjoyed inner harbor - got to see the empress hotel and parliament which is worth it! Could have used a little more extra time there before gardens (1 hour 30 min would be sufficient)

Ryan was incredibly accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He shared so much interesting information along the way, but what made the tour even more enjoyable was his great sense of humor. He was funny, personable, and engaging, and he had a wonderful way of making everyone feel comfortable and welcome. He was also very attentive and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the tour. You could really tell that Ryan takes pride in what he does and genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge and making sure his guests have a great experience.
