Ken was amazing, very humble, explained every detail of the tour. He was my Whistler guide yesterday as well. I’ll strongly recommend my friends to opt him as his tour guide while in Vancouver BC.
We had an awesome day with ken. He was super nice and was a great driver and very informative. He even dropped us off close to our airbnb at the end of the day so we avoided needing to take the sky train at 930 pm. It was a long day but so worth it. 10/10 highly recommended and I hope you get ken as your driver but either way you are bound to have an unforgettable day. Just trust me!
We had such a wonderful experience with Ken. From the moment I booked this tour my questions were answered almost immediately. Communication with the tour guide was very clear. He reached out the day before letting us know exactly where and when to meet. We were picked up on time and the bus was very comfy and air conditioned. Ken had snacks and water bottles for us. He told us lots of stories and explained everything we were doing and seeing. Our time at the gardens was lovely and perfect amount of time (although as flower lovers we could have spent all day there!) and then we had a good amount of time in downtown Victoria walking around. We went on a Monday but it was BC day so a holiday here but even so the crowds were very minimal. It was easy to walk around everywhere. The ferry and all transportation was so smooth too. It’s a long day but very worth it for the price and the intimate experience and a great tour guide. This tour is perfect for people of all ages, couples and families alike! We will do this again when we come back to Vancouver!

The ride on the ferry was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Expect a full day of fun! Especially if you are fortunate enough to have a guide like Ken!
Great tour! Ken, our guide provided us with valuable information before and during the tour. He made us comfortable and informed from the pick up location/time, ferry ride and every spot. He even took some of pictures at the Butchart Gardens.

Suki is the best guide ever. He pointed out features attractions sites arranged all the drop off and pick ups help my wife with her scooter very friendly & professional!!. He should be highly recommended. He even agreed to work on a Sunday to help us out exceptional he was very knowledgeable of the city and pointed out everything and he loves his job and it shows!
Our day started at 7:15am pick up and ended at 8:30pm drop off in Vancouver. We spent most of our time on the road and the ferry trip to Victoria and back. We were allotted 30 mins breakfast at the ferry station, 1 hr and 25 mins at the Capitol and its surrounding area, an hour for lunch, 10 mins at Mile 0 spot and then an hour at the Butchart Gardens. I paid $281 for 3 people to include the $30 discount from tripadvisor and to top it off a $15 "service fee" for the tour guide/bus driver. Overall, I wasn't impressed and I don't think I'll do this again...
