Umid is not the most charismatic guide, but he is reliable and his car is clean and comfortable. It will take good photos of you with cellular in the main attractions of Samarkand. He knows good stuff and good points of view.

Our tour in Samarkand was truly unforgettable! From start to finish, our guide impressed us with his incredible knowledge, not just of history, but also fascinating statistics and stories that brought every site to life. You could really feel his passion and depth of understanding in everything he shared. What made the experience even more special was how he went above and beyond, he didn’t just guide (and drive for) us, he made sure we had memories to take home. He took such beautiful photos of us throughout the tour, capturing moments we’ll cherish forever. Our guide Umid gave us a wonderful tour of the main sites of Samarkand and took some amazing shots. We are traveling as a couple so very hard to get pictures together. This way we have photos of a memorable trip together taken very patiently by Umid. He was very knowledgeable of the sites and their historical significance. The tour lasted 4-4.5 hours and was well worth it.
Excellent tour with my guide Umid through Orient Travel. Went on the 5pm tour which was great for sunset and also seeing Registan Square at night. Took some excellent photos of us on this tour.

The sightseeing and photo tour with Umid was one of the highlights, if not the highlight, of my journey in Uzbekistan. He's a very knowledgable, kind guide and skilled photographer. The information on history, architecture and daily life was very interesting. He's able to adept to your interests and pace and organizes everything very well. Saw the best attractions and important monuments of the city and together with it the knowledge about the history. Samarkand has some of the best attractions and wow factors and such a beautiful location is great for photography also. That is where Umid our tour guide played a great role. He has great knowledge about the city, experienced with tourists, speaks english fluently and recommends the best available. Above all he is a great photographer who takes stunning pictures.
