This was an insightful Walk through Samarkand. Sam was a great teacher with thourough historic background . He hold the background on the sides very ‚vivid‘ … even thoughit was quite hot, the walking style is not exhausting … to the contra you also pick up some of today‘s Samsrkand Charme.

Wonderful and humble guide. Very helpful. I think best part he is knowledga ble and fcouses on facts rather than portraying legends as facts. Did not hurry at all. Very considerate. Just great!

The tour was very pleasant and exciting. Our guide shared interesting facts about culture and attractions. I thought it was great that a lot was shared, but always with small breaks in between. Additionally, the information was conveyed clearly and not overloaded with too many complicated details, making it easy to follow. Our guide did an excellent job on the tour. The walking tour was a great introduction to Samarkand. Sam was a great guide who paced the tour at a comfortable pace, giving us time to take photos and explore. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience worthwhile.

Learnt a lot from the tour led by Fayoziddin, who gave us a great introduction to Samarkand and patiently answered all our questions about history and contemporary life. Tour was also at a comfortable pace, ending just in time for lunch. Left with a better understanding of Samarkand and Uzbekistan.
