It was a perfect experience. Our driver was ready and waiting for us when our plane landed. He got us to our hotel with no worries.

I booked the pickup for 12:30 in Miami. Received confirmation of pickup time. When checking on pickup time prior to leaving Dallas pickup time is now 11:10am which is the arrival time of our flight. I text the driver and Viator via the app to confirm our pickup is 12:30. No responses. In Miami still no response. Finally get a response from driver that a new driver is picking us up. 12:.23 new driver calls and says he is 10 min late. That extended to 30 min. He had difficulty finder Level 1 door 21. Telling us to look for a black SUV is a joke as there are so many black SUV driving through the airport. There is no marking on the SUV indicating it’s from Viator. So for $115 dollars this was not a good experience at all.
Allow us to clarify an important aspect of our airport procedures. For arrivals at Miami International Airport, we strongly recommend and primarily offer meet & greet service at the baggage claim area assigned to your flight. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and the lack of timely communication you experienced during your arrival in Miami. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. However, by meeting you directly at baggage claim, we can track your flight in real time, including any delays or early arrivals Receive updates on your assigned baggage claim carousel Position the chauffeur accurately and avoid confusion within the airport’s high-traffic curbside areas Curbside pickups, while available upon request, can often present challenges due to traffic congestion, restricted stopping times, and the high volume of similar vehicles—particularly black SUVs—circulating simultaneously. This can unfortunately lead to delays and difficulty locating your assigned vehicle, as you experienced. We also acknowledge the delay in driver communication and the reassignment process, which should have been handled more proactively. We've escalated this internally to improve coordination and responsiveness going forward.
Awesome communication…..prompt. I was given my driver’s contact info so I was able to text him before disembarking from our cruise. Easy and right on time with a beautiful SUV!
