My husband and I want to thank Michelle, our guide, VERY MUCH for a WONDERFUL day together due to Michelle’s great knowledge concerning all the places she has shown us today. Michelle made a very great effort to trie to answer all our many questions we had. We had so many interessting talks about history and cultur, the great Chinese language and so many other topics more. Michelle has been so kind and patient with us all day long. Michelle also made a great effort ordering a delicious lunch for us. Michelle and our friendly driver were a very good team and arranged a smooth transport all dag long.
We had an amazing experience on today's tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always attentive to our needs, making sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the day. The van used for transportation was very comfortable, clean, and made all the transfers smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized and enjoyable tour!

Our guide Annie was outstanding. She works with Sunny. Annie was not only very knowledgeable, she was very thoughtful about my recent hip surgery and planned our visit perfectly. She customized our tour to ensure we got to visit the places of most interest to us and pointed out souvenirs worth getting and ones to avoid. She also is very knowledgeable about the history, allowing us to fully appreciate the Suzhou garden and the water village we visited. We had a delicious lunch, including having one dish she recommended, the local water bamboo. Never had it before. Everything was delicious. Despite the full schedule, she also made sure we got back on time for a dinner engagement we had in Shanghai. Overall it was a perfect day!
Booking was straightforward and seamless. While it's a premium-priced package, it is absolutely worth every penny. Our guide, Michael, and our driver picked us up in an immaculate, highly comfortable car. Our first stop was an ancient water town near Shanghai-small, picturesque, and featuring a lovely river where we enjoyed a short boat ride before exploring the unique local shops on foot. From there, we drove about an hour to Suzhou for a beautiful lunch, followed by a visit to the Master of the Nets Garden, a stunning pocket of history. We then walked down the famous Shantang pedestrian street, which was bustling with energy, incredible architecture. and endless stalls and eateries along the scenic river. Michael was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. His English is flawless, and he is courteous, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. We learned so much and truly enjoyed his company. He is an exceptional, top-tier tour guide!
The places we visited were so nice and felt like you were in Europe. The towns were lively and the people were nice. My only concern was the pricey amount being charged for the tour.
We had an amazing tour to Suzhou and Zhujiajiao. The scenery, gardens, and water town atmosphere were beautiful and unforgettable. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and well organized, making the trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour for a wonderful cultural experience.
We had a great time with Melinda on this day tour. Pick up and travel was easy. The towns were beautiful and Melinda had lots of extra information to share on the areas. The boat ride was fun and lunch was really tasty, we got to choose a few things that we wouldn’t have tried otherwise and they were a good surprise. The garden in Suzhou was also a surprise and really peaceful to walk around and enjoy. We dropped by a silk factory on the way back as well as the LV boat. Highly recommend the tour and Melinda as she was really helpful and friendly and we’d easily book again!
