We had a wonderful time exploring Shanghai, Suzhou, and Tongli as part of our 28-day trip through China. Our guide, James, introduced us to ancient gardens, the Shanghai Museum, and a cruise along the Huangpu River, where we admired Shanghai’s unique and spectacular skyline. We were very fortunate to have James as our guide. He was exceptionally professional, and accommodating. His knowledge of Shanghai's history and locations made each experience even more enjoyable. Lynnie our guide was very helpful telling where to get the best photos and views on the cruise along the Bund. She also was very flexible with the group as we had different wishes, which she assisted us with. The cruise and Shanghai Museum are worth the time

We spent an amazing journey in Shanghai and Suzhou. Our guide, Jacky, explained to us a lot about Chinese history and culture. We were able to see the modern and ancient China together and it's a unique experience. The food was really good and the driver was nice too.

Lynnie was a very good tour leader. The tour was good...covering the main attractions of Shanghai. It would have been better if the boat tour and walk on the bund was at night but it is difficult to schedule this.

A great introduction to all that Shanghai has to offer. We visited the Yu gardens followed by a cruise down the river. Lunch at a traditional Shanghai restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. Sean was very flexible and was very helpful when one of our team took ill and needed to go back to the hotel. We followed through with a walk along the Bund with detailed explanation from Sean about the history of the buildings. A thoroughly enjoyable day out.

His kindness towards my elderly parents we remarkable - he personally took care of their heavy luggages, ensuring they felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for at every step. We realized our silk bedding we purchased was incompatible with North American sizing, he personally coordinated the return, organized a replacement in the correct dimensions, and arranged expedited shipping direct to our hotel at no extra cost. He generously used his time off work to accompany us to a local bank and helped us navigate a complex transaction that would have been nearly impossible on our own due to language barriers. Throughout our stay, he made himself available at any time to answer our questions, address concerns, and provide local recommendations, making us feel completely supported every single day. He did not show us Shanghai, he treated us like family. If you are looking for a tour guide who is highly patient, highly resourceful, and truly devoted to his guests' well being, look no further. We are deeply grateful for his assistance and cannot recommend him highly enough!
