Excellent experience. My guide Lucy was phenomenal and I would highly suggest her as the guide for this trip. She was patient, courteous and had plenty of knowledge about the significant and historical accounts of the places we visited.
At first, I wasn’t sure if visiting Zhujiajiao was worth it during my few days in Shanghai, but I’m so glad I did! The town was beautiful, the transportation and communication were seamless, and the weather/crowds were not bad at all. My guide Yun was knowledgeable, friendly, and she personalized the tour by adding a tea stop that ended up being a highlight of the day! Highly recommend!

I went to Zhujiajiao water town with my family and it was an amazing experience in China. Suitable for family activity. Lucy is my tour guide and she did an amazing job with full knowledge about the local place. The driver pick up us on time and the transportation is excellent.
Really a nice experience. We got a guide named Michael who spoke excellent English. He can also speak several other languages like Japanese too. The pace of the tour is leisurely, you get some history, some culture, a chance to eat or snack with some of the local delicacies. Really enjoy our trip to this little town that seems to preserve life as it was 100 years ago.
Lovely experience with our tour guide, Lea. It was so nice to escape the city and head to this water town. Many nice shops and interesting to see! The boat ride and local cuisines are an essential part of the visit to the area.
I went on this tour with Maisy, and it was a fabulous time. I learned the history of the area, ate an excellent meal and enjoyed the sights. Maisy is a fun-loving young woman who has a great laugh. I felt lucky to spend the day with her. I would also recommend Wuzhen in Hangzhou, which has a larger "scenic area" water town, which is also beautiful.

It was a great tour, from being collected on time , travelling in luxury to the village, and walking around the village with a knowledgeable guide, absolutely great value. We added the lunch which gave us a great opportunity to try a genuine Chinese recommendation. On the way back we were asked where we wanted to be dropped off so that saved us a journey for the rest of our afternoon too
