Awesome trip to Niagara Falls
Awesome trip to Niagara Falls, Saturday September 12,2026. Our tour guide David and driver Frank were fantastic. Davis is personable and very knowledgeable. Frank got us to where we needed to be and back home safely. We highly recommend TBLC to everyone. Wanda & Steve Chemainus BC

Was a great day, delayed...
Was a great day, delayed leaving as a few passengers were very late to bus, most of the customers were not impressed, the tour guides were very good

Niagra Falls and more…
A wonderful day out, covering the Niagra Falls visit, lunch at the Queen Victoria restaurant, boat trip to The Falls, wine tasting and a stop at the beautiful village of Niagra on the Lake. Lots packed in but never felt rushed and enough free time included to allow a little exploring on our own. Nikki (our guide) and Don (our driver) were both great; friendly and well organised, so that we learned lots of interesting facts along the way and had real fun in their company. Can highly recommend this as a great way to see the Falls and other highlights of the area.

Our driver and tour guide Nikki were fabulous. I had no cash for a tip. Was hoping for a Venmo option? My daughter and I had a blast that day. Thank you. Great tour.

Terrible service from Viator
It was okay, not really enough time to do much. The Viator booking app was not great and I won’t use it again. They so had terrible customer service when I had an issue come up.

What a perfect day
What an amazing day it was. Picked up on time by Frank and ever smiling guide Nicki who gave so much info on the day and sights. Niagara Falls surpassed my expectations, stunning views and that boat tour: prepare to get wet. Lunch was very nice too. Then to the wine tasting and lastly the visit to the picturesque little town Niagra on the Lake. A day we'll spent and the weather was superb. Couldn't have wished for a better experience. Thank you

Good overall - I'd recommend!
Nikki (tour guide) & Isaac (driver) are a good team. Isaac is quiet but polite & friendly, while Nikki's personality is bright & sunshine & warm. She shared good information in a fun way. We started at Niagara - only issue there was that the lunch came late (not the tour"s fault) but the delay caused the rest of the activities to be cut a bit short. The bus was clean & comfortable. Thank you!

Great tour of Niagara Falls
