Perfect tour for short time in the city. The niagara at the lake town is beautiful. The cruise tour was the best
We had an amazing day!! Tour guide, David and driver, Don were knowledgeable, helpful and entertaining. I would mention that the lunch was not very good... perhaps other options would be better.
Jason and Nikki made our day very enjoyable. Great value for your dollar. Was amazing to see the falls and have a nice experience in the Niagara area.
John and Brian gave us a wonderful experience with their knowledge and thoughtfulness despite uncontrollable delays. Their flexibility kept our excursion worry free and fun.
It was a great day, with a very informative Tour Guide (John) and Bus Driver (Brian). The meal and winery were also great. We enjoyed the Boat Ride, but did NOT enjoy the 90 to 120 minute wait in the queue, in the sun, waiting to get on the boat. A skip the queue option would be nice.
A long day as the traffic was heavy in both directions. The lunch was ok, nothing special but the boat trip into the falls was excellent and made up for the food. The wine tasting was also good and we would have preferred more time at Niagara on the Lake as it was a fantastic attraction. Part of the reason we spent more time in Niagara was we lost 2 people and wasted 20 minutes waiting for them. But less time in Niagara would have been preferable as the falls was the star.
Really good day out with a knowledgeable guide. Only downside was the seating at lunch which was very tight and had to rise a few time to let people out to use the restroom.
Fantastic must-do experience. The tour guide, Nicky, was so knowledgeable and friendly. Brian was an excellent driver. We would have never seen so much going on our own.
Overall this was a great tour and our guide Nikki was excellent. It’s a great way to see a lot of the Niagara region if you only have a day, however the entire tour including the drive time to/from Toronto (terrible traffic)was almost 11 hours, so I wish they would have disclosed that up front. A great tour but be aware you are in for a Loooong day! The falls are incredible and Niagara on the lake was beautiful too… if we could have redesigned this tour we would take out the lunch (which was really basic and a bit disappointing) and the wine tour and spent more time at the falls and at Niagara-on-the-lake.
The Falls are breathtaking. The boat ride is a must! The wine tasting was unnecessary. Shopping at the Falls is full of tschochkes but fun anyway. Our tour guide - very smart - way too many facts and also very unnecessary. His jokes fell flat 100% of the time. Less is better.
