Our tour guide was Garry and he was great. We paid extra for the Sheraton hotel lunch buffet and he made sure we had the best seats/ view in the place. He was punctual and informative. The falls were amazing. Be prepared to get soaked on the boat ride. They give you rain ponchos which will cover everything except your lower legs and feet. The trip was LONG. Prepare for a 2.5 hour drive there and back. Traffic in Toronto is no joke.
It was an amazing experience and everything was taken care of. Our tour guide was kind and funny and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to take care and assist where needed. Would definitely book again.
It was very interesting and had a low space ideal for seniors. Tour guide was excellent and was taking care of all the tourists. He was aware of all needs.
Be careful when booking , I thought I had booked services that I was told weren’t included in my booking, The tour title was not clear
Its a full day event, the drive to and from is around 3.5 hrs return, but is okay. Time seemed to go by, the tour is amazing and we'll worth the trip!
You will get very wet, despite the use of a poncho, but it will be worth it. This activity completes the experience of Niagara Falls!
