John was a very nice experienced guy who is so knowledgeable of Toronto and Niagara falls. He made the whole day very pleasant and amusing. Guided us all through the busy queues. Thanks John and team.

Some people turned up 20 minutes late - rude! Behind the falls not a good experience. Trip on Hornblower was enjoyable.

Fantastic day out with "The Captain" Michael of the Queen Tour Company. Michael was charismatic with a great sense of humour and gave us a very detailed guide from the pickup point outside the Hilton Doubletree hotel, through downtown Toronto and all the way to Niagara Falls and back. (The pickup side was a little confusing with the exact pickup point not being clear and slightly away from the hotel entrance and ensuring that you caught the correct bus required a bit of effort and proactivity - however this was the only slight negative). As a native Torontonian, his depth of knowledge of the area was evident and entertainingly delivered throughout the day. He was very well organised and very clear in his delivery which was related in a way that ensured that it was remembered. He's been doing this for 12 years and has honed his tour to perfection. Stop off at the Moose for a snack and maple syrup tasting and loading up on gifts before the main is highly recommended. The Falls themselves are spectacular and really shouldn't be missed if you are in the Toronto area and the boat cruise and journey behind the Falls complemented one another perfectly. This is an outstanding day out and very good value for money. Thank you Captain! We won't forget this trip.

Excellent experience at Niagara Falls. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. The views are breathtaking and it is definitely a place worth visiting. I would especially like to highlight our guide Tracy, who was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. She explained everything clearly and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Without a doubt, she made the tour even better. I highly recommend it 100%.

We chose the Niagara Falls day trip with Queen Tour based on the excellent reviews, and it lived up to our expectations. We opted for the full package, including the Hornblower Boat Cruise and Journey Behind the Falls, and it was by far the easiest and most convenient way to experience the Falls. Everything was well organized, and not having to queue for tickets or worry about the logistics made the day stress-free. We had initially considered taking the train from Toronto and arranging everything ourselves, but looking back, we’re very glad we chose the tour instead. It would have been much more tiring and time-consuming to do it independently. Our guide, JD, was professional, friendly, and well organized. He kept everything running smoothly while sharing interesting information throughout the day. Overall, the tour offered excellent value for money. If you’re looking for an easy, hassle-free, and enjoyable way to visit Niagara Falls from Toronto, I would recommend Queen Tour.

Great tour, would thoroughly recommend. Kaleb our guide was very informative with places to see on the way to the falls and while we were there and left us to chill on the journey back. Falls are really something else, a must see

This was a great trip to Niagara Falls. Everything went really well. The pick up was perfect. All of our meeting. Places were assigned and there were no hassles all day.
