What an amazing day. It was so good from the start to the end. Our guide Marian was absolutely brilliant. So informative and funny with her amusing stories and jokes. The weather was sunny so everything was perfect.

Very enjoyable day and well worth the money. Our pick up was wihtin 10 minute walk from our Hotel. Our Guide/driver Tracy was very helpful, sharing her experiences and insights of the attractions that we were taken to. In all an excellent day and her help in suggesting places to eat (The Keg) probably had our best meal of our visit to Toronto

You will get wet, and if you, like us, travel on a hot, humid day, you will welcome the mist. We were picked up at a close location, driven from Toronto to Niagara in a comfy air-controlled bus to Niagara, and treated to Lina's happy, upbeat guiding as she drove. We made a few stops along the way for maple and chocolate tasting, a bit of shopping, and viewing the power that is the Niagara Falls. This day culminated in our adventure of traveling behind, below, besides, and by boat around the wonders of the Niagara Falls. This was a blast. And boy did we get wet.

The Captain, our tour guide was THE best, so informative, knowledgeable, humorous, and excellent driver!! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from booking direct with Queen Tours right through to drop off at the end of the day. Would highly recommend Queen Tours and ask for The Captain, he was simply the best!!!

We had an absolutely brilliant day with Queen Tour Niagara and would recommend it 100%. Pickup was easy, on time and really well organised. Our guide, Michael, aka “The Captain”, was fantastic from the very beginning. He was extremely thorough, calling everyone forward individually, showing us to our seats and checking exactly which tickets and experiences each person had booked. The vehicle itself was really comfortable, clean and had charging points, which was a nice touch for a full day out. Michael made a huge difference to the experience. He was friendly, funny, informative and genuinely seemed to want everyone to have the best possible day. He kept everything organised and on schedule without ever making the day feel rushed. The journey from Toronto didn’t feel particularly long because Michael gave us lots of interesting commentary along the way. He also knew when to give everyone some quiet time, so there were periods where we could sleep, chat or just relax. Niagara Falls itself was absolutely breathtaking. The Hornblower cruise was easily the highlight of the day and genuinely unforgettable. You get incredibly close to the falls and you definitely get sprayed, but that is part of what makes it so much fun. I would absolutely consider this the must-do experience at Niagara. We also did Journey Behind the Falls. It was good and interesting to experience, although after how incredible the Hornblower cruise was, it naturally felt a little less exciting by comparison. If you had to choose between the two, I would definitely prioritise Hornblower. The maple tasting was a really fun and unexpected part of the day too. I really enjoyed having something completely different included and it helped give the day more of a Canadian experience rather than purely being about the falls. We also stopped at the whirlpool for photos, which was another really nice addition. The timings throughout the day were spot on. We had enough time to experience everything we wanted without feeling rushed, but equally there wasn’t so much free time that we were standing around waiting. For us, booking the tour was absolutely worth it compared with trying to organise Niagara Falls independently. Everything was taken care of, the day ran smoothly and we could just enjoy ourselves. Worth every penny. The Hornblower cruise was the standout experience, but Michael “The Captain” made the whole day more memorable, informative and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Queen Tour Niagara.

Excellent trip to Niagara Falls. Marianne our guide was super fun and full of knowledge. The whole trip was seamless, well organised and great value for money, from the booking process to pick-up and instructions etc. Transportation was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Niagara from the city, and want a hassle free experience. Thank you!

Winston, the driver/guide was very personable. He shared some good information while on the bus, but sometimes you couldn’t hear him because of the speaker system. The Pickup spot was very convenient about 2 1/2 blocks away from my hotel and the bus was clean. I think they allotted a good amount of time to visit in Niagara before heading back to Toronto. There were some other customers that were causing a little bit of discord because they kept taking people seats on the bus, so maybe the operators of the tour can implement when you choose your seat that’s your seat for the remainder of the trip. When doing the different activities like behind the fall and the boat cruise, the guy did not go with us, so we didn’t learn much about those particular things or the history of them. It would have been good to learn more history about the fall and then Niagara area. I would say the trip was a little bit more expensive than what I feel. It should have been, since it really was only a ride there and a ride back. There were no extra perks no meal vouchers or anything like that. All in all I enjoyed myself but next time I think I’ll drive on my own, get a chance to see some things off the beat and path.

The entire day was great. Andrew was well organised and knowledgeable with interesting information regarding Toronto and Niagara Falls. He maintained good control of the group ensuring we were on time to the various excursions on the day.
