Must do trip when in Canada was amazing Our guide Eshoon was great with lots of information and was very helpful Went underneath the falls, in the boat- prepare to get wet and then up the tower to see over the falls. Went to the rapids and tasted maple syrup, fudge and chocolate This was a highlight of our trip/ brilliant
Our tour guide was Eisshan (apologies if mis sprlt), he was amazing driving out of Toronto gave us some history whilst driving. Very attentive to everyone's needs at the different stops. Guided us to the drop off/pick up points. The tour was definitely worth the money and we couldn't have wished for more. Plenty of photo opportunities whilst not being rushed. Eisshan guided us to the best view points. The boat trip was the icing on the cake. Such an amazing day.

I had the pleasure of traveling with Eshaan to Niagara Falls. His knowledge of Toronto to Niagara Falls was impressive. He pointed out so many areas on the way. He provided a wealth of information to us. He took the time to get to know everyone. The trio was outstanding. The small group of 7 had lots of time at each attraction. Eshaan did not rush us. We had plenty of time at each location. He kept impressing upon us that his jib was yo make sure we had a good time. Although this tour is more expensive than a bus tour, it us well worth it to have this experience. The falls are breathtaking and the boat ride into the falls was exceptional. I highly recommend this tour and this company.

Very friendly and professional guide, with interesting explanations and smooth organization for the tickets. The maple syrup tasting stop was also appreciated. On the other hand, the overall service is disappointing on several points: Transportation: Ordinary and noisy vehicle instead of the expected Mercedes-type van. Timing: Only one free hour at the end, insufficient to manage to have lunch. Attractions: The Skylon Tower is old-fashioned, access to the back of the falls is not very interesting. Only the boat cruise is really worth it. Conclusion: The falls remain less impressive in person than on television, and the hyper-commercial "Disneyland-style" environment ruins the setting. It is much more cost-effective to go on your own and pay only for the boat tour.
Grayson our guide was absolutely amazing ! So friendly and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out and explained so many things to us. Pickup and communication with him was so easy. Grayson made this trip so much better. So much fun !

This is by far the best tour we have ever been on! Our tour guide Ehsaan was amazing. Throughout the day going above and beyond to engage with the kids and the adults to make this a memorable experience. The tourism informative in depth and felt very personal!
