The opportunity to watch and feel the energy of the Niagara Falls is a wonderful experience! The tour is well organized and the guide was quite cordial.

This trip was fantastic! Kaleb was en excellent tour guide, interesting talks about various things. It was well organised, and very clear what was going on. Just don’t be late back to the meeting point - they will only wait for so long!! Good air conditioned bus.

Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgable and flexible - managing our bad traffic back to Toronto (3 hours!) incredibly well. The Maple Tasting break felt a little long (time could have been spent more at Journey) but in general a well timed day with a good amount of flexibility in activities you did. Would absolutely recommend it anyone wanting to head to the falls from Toronto!

This tour wasn't bad, it just wasn't for me. I'm not a fan of curated experiences, tourist traps, or being tied to someone else's schedule. I also didn't love spending the day on a crowded bus, especially when a couple of people were visibly sick and coughing the entire time. That said, our tour guide was excellent. She was friendly, organized, and shared a lot of interesting information about Canadian history, Niagara Falls, and the surrounding area. Learning about the history along the drive was one of the highlights of the tour. If I were to do Niagara Falls again, I would buy the tickets myself, drive there, do Journey Behind the Falls and Voyage to the Falls, and then head back to Toronto for lunch at a nice, highly rated restaurant. That would have taken about 3–4 hours instead of an entire day (6 + hours). The biggest downside of the tour was all the downtime between activities. We spent a lot of time waiting around in overpriced, touristy areas with mediocre food. The maple syrup and chocolate tasting was especially disappointing. We were herded into a crowded room with around 100 people, listened to a presentation over a headset that was difficult to understand, sampled everything in about two minutes, and were then left with time to browse an overpriced gift shop or eat at a low quality food court. I think this tour is best for people who don't want to drive or are traveling with elderly family members who would appreciate having transportation and everything planned out. For me, it wasn't worth the price. Buying tickets for Journey Behind the Falls, Voyage to the Falls, and parking would have cost around $163 for two people, compared with more than $300 for this tour for two people, and I would have had more flexibility and a much better overall experience.

A great way to travel to Niagara Falls from Toronto for the experience. We were able to do the boat tour and the Journey behind the falls.

The tour to Niagara Falls with Marian was sensational. Despite the bad weather, she kept spirits high from the very start; she was incredibly well-prepared, kind, and fun. We would recommend this tour to anyone. Marian is a truly wonderful guide and a fantastic person—warm, well-prepared, honest, and never pushy. This was an excellent option for our trip to Niagra Falls. Tracey was an excellent guide and coach driver. She really goes out of her way to look after her guests - we highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to see the falls with a reputable company!
