The trip Coordinator was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I hadn't realized that Toronto was our meeting point and one hour away from my lodging location. I spoke with him on several occasions not until day before trip after I could cancel did he tell me. He was very hostile and rude. I did get one refund but he wouldn't allow for me to get total refund and gave us a credit for boat ride and took rest of money. His tone and attitude was horrible I do have text message remarks from him to show how disrespectful he was. I use you all for all my travel adventures this is the first time I encountered this type of disrespectful behavior.

I had an excellent experience on this tour to Niagara Falls. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, and the entire trip ran on time. The transportation was comfortable, and the journey to Niagara Falls was smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you goes to our guide, Saby, who was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Throughout the tour, he explained everything in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. The organization and overall management of the tour were exceptional, and I always felt well taken care of. The absolute highlight was the boat ride to Niagara Falls. It was an unforgettable experience and something everyone should do at least once in their lifetime. Getting so close to the falls and feeling their immense power was truly breathtaking. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. Thank you to Saby for such a wonderful and memorable day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nicely paced tour with time at Niagra-on-the-Lake and at the falls. No extra shopping stops which was a plus! Guide was knowledgeable and yet did not talk all the time, so we tired passengers could nap on the way there and back.

Niagara tour was very well planned. Really appreciated how this tour did not force us to stop at a tourist trap/souvenir store area. The Tour Guide was very enthusiastic. Would recommend he get some kind of an internal to the bus only sound device like a small horn, instead of honking his bus horn to show his enthusiasm. That might pose a danger if the fellow drivers around us weren’t expecting loud horns just to show enthusiasm. He was very experienced and well informed.

Really great day out made perfect by our tour guide Ed. Loved the route taken which included the town of Niagara on the Lake, the canal and locks system then the highlight Niagara Falls. The boat trip was fantastic.

Absolutely brilliant day! The tour guide Ed was fantastic taking us such an interesting route from Toronto and giving us so much interesting information! The boat tour was the highlight but we loved Niagara on the Lake, the whirlpool and the canal info. A great way to see the fabulous falls!

Michael is an excellent tour guide/driver and above all a good person. He kept us aware of history, facts and funny stories about Toronto, Niagara Falls and Canada in general. Michael was outstanding throughout the entire tour, that is, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and had a wonderful experience. We had a great day visiting Niagara Falls from Toronto. Bus was clean, plenty of opportunities at the stops for restroom breaks, food, drinks. Our guide, Michael, was funny and shared some facts about the area and the Falls. The day does feel rushed- we would have loved to have more time at Niagara on the Lake. I would recommend motion sickness meds if you are susceptible- there are some curvy roads from Niagara on the Lake to the Falls and I was feeling a little queasy even though I took meds ahead of time.
