It was a wonderful day and a great tour overall. My only suggestion would be to include more details about the itinerary in the description ahead of time. It would be nice to know the specific stops and typical order of them. In addition, it would be good to know the time range of the return. We got very delayed due to traffic, but it still would’ve been nice to know that the typical return time is after 5 PM. It doesn’t say anything about this on the website.
The tour guide was great and also had his daughter along and she was such a princess, driver Eli handled the bus well and was friendly. We liked all of the stops and of course the boat ride was amazing!!!!
Great day trip, really liked the way that Michael kept things ticking over letting everyone know to be back at arranged time with no exceptions, the boat trip to the falls was incredible getting so close and so glad that I’ve done.Would highly recommend
Our guide Mieko was very good, interesting information and very friendly. Due to flooding we were unable to go to Niagara on the Lake instead we did maple syrup tasting which was fun but could of done with extra time there
We had a great tour from Toronto with our guide Michael, super informative and funny and ensured we had an amazing day on our trip to Niagara.
Excellent day trip Guide Alex was very informative and ensured that day went smoothly. I would recommend.
Our host Alex was absolutely great. He kept us amused and informed the whole journey, revealing some really important and interesting social/economic facts along the way. A no nonsense type of guy who’ll keep you all straight on what is god/great and what to look out for.
Leaving a few observations for future travelers- Most inclusions were there except: • Guaranteed to skip the long lines • Guided photo stop at Niagara Gorge & Whirlpool Rapids Overall tour is average and it could have been an isolated event but during our tour, our guide Michael got easily frustrated with some of the members from our group, quickly changed from cheery to upset. The place is of course AMAZING this is a review of the tour not the Niagara Falls.
The two exclusions were related. The group entrance was closed for repair which meant we had to skip the gorge to accommodate for longer boat line. Glad you enjoyed the falls
This day trip is absolutely recommended! The pickup and return went very well, very punctual. The ride in a small bus (15 people) was very comfortable. Our guide was Edward, very pleasant, very reliable. He was always able to provide very good information and details. The day was also well organized. There were photo stops and a somewhat longer stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake! Very charming little town! At Niagara Falls, we had more individual free time, but Edward then took us to our boat - so that you did not have to search for long yourself. Recommended!
Our guide Micheal is cheerful and very helpful from start to end of our tour. It’s always recommend than booking private car.
