What a blast!!! Taking the tour at night in America’s most haunted firehouse! We got to explore the fire house while listening to a self guided tour on headsets in the dark! Not only do I get to learn a lot about the Key West history and about the iconic fire chef Bum Farto mystery, I also got to see extraordinary artifacts and sit inside a 19th century Fire truck! After we were given ghost hunting tools to explore at night! Tracy was very informative on how to use the ghost hunting equipment. When I went through the stairway, the flashlight stopped working in three knocks was heard through the walls. I was able to capture this on camera!
Definitely could fill the energy in there! Highly recommend!

Poor tour guide - recording from phone
Tour guide is a recording you listen to on your phone. Make sure your phone is charged! No guidance, the recording wasn’t matching to what we were trying to learn about the firehouse. Definitely not haunted!

Hi Melissa, we're sorry the experience wasn't what you expected. America's Most Haunted Firehouse is intentionally designed as an immersive audio-guided experience rather than a traditional guided ghost tour, and we try to make that clear in our description before booking. The audio takes you through the historic firehouse and its stories before the paranormal investigation portion of the experience.
It sounds like losing your place in the audio caused you and your husband to get out of sync, and we're sorry that affected your experience. Our host is there throughout the evening to help with any issues and to provide paranormal investigation equipment after the audio portion.
As for whether the firehouse in haunted, we'll happily let every guest make up their own mind.
We'd also like to invite you and your husband back as our guests. If you return, please contact us directly and we'll arrange two complimentary tickets so you can experience the firehouse the way it was intended.

Best time!
We had a great time! Dan was awesome and he was so knowledgeable and funny. We liked how he let us explore at our own pace! 10/10

The Energy Was Electric!
What an incredible experience! Sheila Rogers met us at check-in. Her passion and enthusiasm were first-class. Walking through (and listening to) the history of Key West and how the firehouse played a major role was powerful. I'm so glad I took this tour!

FIREHOUSE GHOSTS
The Haunted Firehouse Tour was FANTASTIC ! 3 or 4 times during the tour, I heard footsteps behind me. Constant feeling as if someone was watching me. The narration on the audio part was clear, very informative. Overall, I would recommend this tour when visiting Key West.

Time well spent
My boyfriend wanted to go on this tour so I agreed and I was so happy that we did . It was so different and fun and the energy was intense . You really feel like the ghosts are right there - and happy that their stories are being shared . Lots of history to delve into

Scary Firehouse History!
This haunted tour was on fire! My wife and I both loved the history and the chills! The Firehouse Museum is a great off-the-beaten-track adventure in Key West, and we highly recommend coming back for the ghosts!

Perfectly creepy !
It was creepy. I did see a fast moving shadow near station one. And something crossed in front of my camera when I was taking a photo of the engines. My own SLS equipment picked up on energy on the grounds, and on both floors of the firehouse. It was probably creepier doing it as a solo !

Candlelight tour for those who dare (and highly recommended for all)
Amazing new experience!! Ghosts and legends combined with history as you take a self guided tour (either bring headphones and use your phone or they have MP3 with headphones to borrow). Walk around the Firehouse museum by candlelight and stop to explore at a dozen locations. Then have time to search for ghosts with their EMP equipment after you are done. This is great for all ages -- if you dare!! My kids loved it. I learned a lot and at one point felt a cold presence by the horse burial ground. Highly recommended and this compliments the other ghost/ paranormal offerings in town.
