Carlie was very knowledgeable about the area and facts on the haunted tour! She was also netting to listen too! It’s hot even at 8 PM and bring a water bottle! Highly recommend!

Best ghost tour hands down!
We had the best time with our tour guide Andy! He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Key West and really did his research to share incredible ghost stories, encounters he’s had personally and ones during his tours! We had a small group, which we loved, and he even showed pictures as he told his stories which made it so interesting! Would HIGHLY recommend Andy and Ghost City Tours! Thank you so much for thank the time to give us such an awesome tour!

Hauntingly Fun, Informative and Memorable
We had such a great experience on the walking ghost tour in Key West, with Rich! He was incredibly detailed when explaining the history behind each location and the stories of the reported ghost activity and reasons connected to the area. He made the tour both interesting and entertaining from beginning to end. Rich was also welcoming, and happy to answer any questions along the way. You can really tell he enjoys what he does. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Key West and looking for a fun and historical experience!

Was ok - nothing great
While it’s nice to walk around and hear the stories, the enthusiasm from the guide was just average. For the more, not bad

No dramatic flair!
I was very disappointed in this Ghost Tour. We have taken many Ghost Tours in various cities including one in Key West several years ago. The guides are almost always actors or people with a dramatic flair about them. Our guide this time was stationed in the Navy nearby. His story telling ability was greatly lacking with no dramatic flair. The stories were too long and told in a monotonous tone. He also talked a lot while walking backwards where only the people at the front of the group could hear him. Also when he was a telling a story, he paced back and forth. Very distracting. We left the tour about halfway through.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry this tour didn’t live up to the experiences you’ve had on other ghost tours. While every guide brings their own personality and storytelling style, we want our stories to be engaging, easy to follow, and heard by everyone in the group. Your comments about pacing, delivery, and speaking while the group was walking are especially helpful, and we’ll be sharing them with our team for coaching. We’re disappointed that the experience led you to leave early, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve.
