Our guides follow strict protocols to keep groups together using clear announcements and thorough headcounts at every stop. On this particular evening, all 19 other guests in the group heard the announcement and successfully moved on to the next location together. Our staff explicitly remembers your party of 6 because, at that stop, a member of your group became unwell, and your husband directly motioned to our guide to proceed with the rest of the tour without your party. Out of respect for your group’s privacy and to keep the scheduled tour moving for the remaining guests, the guide honored your husband's request and continued on. Regarding our itinerary, the locations listed on our website are fully accurate. However, on that specific night, the tour was running slightly behind schedule due to an initial rain delay, which may have made it difficult to pinpoint the group's exact location after you departed. We aim to deliver a fun and safe experience for everyone on our tours, and while we regret that your evening ended early, our guide acted appropriately based on the direct instructions given by your party. Prior to the tour, our guide explained to you that extra, unpaid guests could not tag along with the group out of fairness to all of our paying customers. Unfortunately, when your additional non-ticketed guests joined the group anyway and created noise during the tour, our guide had to address the disruption.
