The experience was great. Communication about every detail was clear and friendly. Our driver, Dawid, was amazing. Everything was perfect would definitely book with this company again.

The service was wonderful and the driver was on time and very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed both the drive and the conversation! The salt mine is beautiful and interesting, our guide happened to be very good as well. Definitely a place to visit and not miss out! The half-day tour with pick-up and drop-off was excellent - still plenty of time left of the day and no worries about transportation. Highly recommend!

Tomsk was brilliant, he picked us up on time and after the Wieliczka Salt mine tour he drove us back to our hotel. Lovely man who is very knowledgeable about the area! We would go with him again!

Tour can be somewhat challenging if not in average physical shape or above. Very interesting history of the mine. Worth the effort.

Brilliant!! Tomas our driver was amazing and guided us to the entrance of the Salt Mines and was waiting at the designated spot on our return . The guide of the tour was amazing and the tour itself was fabulous! Would highly recommend, a lot of walking and quite a number of steps , so beware , although it is a slow pace not good if you have mobility issues. Over all a fantastic morning and would certainly come again

this salt mine should be added to the great marvels in the world. tour guide given by salt staff was excellent the tour lasted about 2 hours at a safe comfortable pace

Salt mines were amazing, worth the money, speed of tour was a bit too fast particularly for older people or less mobile, often moving on quickly as the group behind caught up. My wife has a walking stick and when there was a seat in the salt chamber sat down but we got moving on immediately.

As promised, they called the day before to arrange pick up at our hotel. Driver was even a little early. He texted when he was approaching. Transport was in a nice air-conditioned sprinter van. Only a 20 minute ride to the salt mine. When we got there, we felt very VIP and bypassed the long lines of people waiting. The tour itself was better than expected. Very interesting. Incredible carvings, not physically strenuous. The driver met us upon our exit from the salt mine and drove us back to our hotel expeditiously. He was very friendly and the whole experience was worth the money and fun!
