Too expensive for the service offered, we can only go to the restroom once per ticket and without it is not possible

We appreciate your comments regarding the pricing upon reviewing We would like to clarify that our service includes not only admission but also the Digital audios Tours, convenience of advance reservation, skipping the ticket purchase line, booking management, and customer support assistance. Please note that restroom usage policies are set by the venue and are beyond our control.
It was a great day in itself, but unfortunately the app with the audio guide did not work, so we could not use the booked information. The app was easy to download and an account was also quickly created, but the QR code was not recognized. The staff on site could not help either, so we did our tour without an audio guide.
