The voucher also contains direct Google Maps links to help guests easily locate the correct meeting points for both the Accademia and Uffizi Galleries. In addition, emergency telephone numbers are clearly indicated on the voucher and are available specifically to assist guests in case of any difficulty in finding the meeting point or collecting the tickets. We are also sorry to hear that you found the audio app difficult to use.
