I’ll be honest—I don't know much about art. But the explanations made the paintings much easier to understand. I started noticing expressions, symbols, and details that I would have completely ignored without the commentary.
I'm not very knowledgeable about Renaissance art, so I was worried I wouldn't understand much. The audio guide made a huge difference. It gave enough background to make the paintings interesting without turning the visit into a long lecture.
