Our host, Fulvio, created a beautiful experience for our entire family! (ages 7 to 70). We learned how to take a few basic ingredients and create a delicious family feast of handmade pasta, 2 sauces, and bruschetta accompanied by wine and cheese. We can’t wait to share our new skills with family and friends back home.

It was fun, educational, and delicious!!!! Katia was amazing. She made pasta making simple- used ingredients we can all find, and made this experience one of our favorites during our trip to Italy.

This was the most fun I've had cooking! Katia was an absolute delight! She showed us how to make simple pasta (quite easy!) and explained how regular Italians normally eat. We made bruschetta from fresh ingredients, two delicious pasta dishes (first course) and a protein second course (I think it was chicken?). Each was made with very few ingredients but extremely yummy! Katia also let us know what we are doing wrong in our regular cooking of pasta dishes at home 😜. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn about Italian culture through eating.

Fulvio made our visit an extremely special and memorable one. He is a pleasure to spend the day with and truly a master chef. His knowledge of the best ingredients and how to maximize flavor showed in what was ultimately the best meal of our 2-week trip. Both pasta dishes and sauces that we made, he made very straight-forward and provided clear instructions - so much so that I'm looking forward to trying them out at home. I'm extremely far from an expert chef - but for one day, I felt like one. Getting away from the busy city for a day was also a welcome respite for the family and there isn't a much more beautiful setting than offered here.

Katia was exceedingly generous with her knowledge and passion for cooking ‘Italian style food from Tuscany’ . We had such a great evening learning lots of great tips and eating such delicious food. Now we have to replicate the meal for our family when we return home! We highly recommend this cooking class. We loved everything about our experience: the view from the kitchen window, the wines, their extra virgin olive oil, learning to make pasta and use simple ingredients to balance the flavours of each dish and celebrate the ingredients. Best of all was our host Katia. Thank you!

This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! The food was absolutely delicious, and we learned how to prepare authentic Italian dishes in a fun, hands-on environment. What made this experience especially memorable was how welcoming and accommodating the instructors were with our toddlers. They were patient, engaging, and made sure the children felt included, which allowed the adults to fully enjoy the class as well. The atmosphere was relaxed, family-friendly, and never rushed. The ingredients were fresh, the recipes were easy to follow, and the meal we shared at the end was fantastic. If you’re traveling with young children and looking for an authentic Italian experience that the whole family can enjoy, we highly recommend this cooking class!

More than just a cooking class. Fabulous few hours spent in the Tuscan countryside , we learnt to cook, had great conversations & ate a delicious lunch. True insight into Tuscan culture & living.
