Amazing Cooking Experience in Tuscany
We had an amazing time at this cooking class! Kat was an excellent instructor—super upbeat, friendly, and genuinely fun to be around. We made tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisu, and got to taste a few wines along the way. What really made the experience special was the atmosphere. Cat kept things lighthearted and playful, making everyone feel comfortable joking around, asking questions, and getting to know each other. Nothing felt overly formal or stuffy. Her excellent English was also a big plus for us as American tourists, making everything easy to follow. Great food, great company, incredible view, and a fantastic instructor. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Tuscany!

Fantastic day in the countryside
Terrific experience! The venue was beautiful and preparing our own ravioli, Parpadelle, and tiramisu was a lot of fun. Mariarita was the best!

If I Could Give More Stars, I Would!!
The perfect taste of Tuscany that I wanted for my parents’ first time in Italy. From the greeting and tour of the winery by Mariarita, to the hands-on pasta making class, to eating dinner and toasting with Brunello wine at sunset overlooking the hills of Tuscany…WOW…what an experience! One that we will remember forever! Kat was an amazing pasta making coach! Cute, funny, passionate. We loved her and the special touch she gave to our class. The sweet kitchen, paneled with windows of the colorful hills while making pasta…well…you must take my word for it. Perfecto!! In the end, we bought the amazing wine, left with VERY full bellies, and had warmth in our hearts. Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon. If I could give more stars, I would!!!

Couldn’t have been a better afternoon!
Simply wonderful!! Chef Alexandra was an absolute delight to spend the afternoon with, and the food was fabulous! This a “don’t miss” experience.
