It was a full day touring Bologna countryside and learning about the history, farms and products. Enjoyed learning about the products and the passion that they had for their farms, products and history. Will never look at Parmigiana Reggiano or balsamic the same way. Loved the restaurant that the tour guide selected to showcase some traditional dishes.
We enjoyed our tour. The hosts at the stops we made were wonderful, friendly and open to questions. We learned lots of interesting facts about all the products and the tastings at each stop were plentiful. We met some great people from all over. Our tour guide Valentina was the best! She made the tour so fun. Would highly recommend this tour.
A wonderful experience and a great value too. I really enjoyed the opportunity to see how parmesan cheese, balsamico and wine were made through the craftsmen themselves. The tour guide was also knowledgeable and passionate about her work. And the lunch that finished the event was over the top. An experience I'll always remember.

Luca was a knowledgeable and fun guide. There were several things he pointed out to us that werent mentioned in the description. For example, he pointed out a place to get free samples of traditional balsamic after the tour. All the food was very fresh and delicious. Due to the walking it was occasionally hard to hear small tidbits and answers to others' questions, so i would recommend staying close to the guide if you want to hear every little detail, but he usually waited for us all to gather before giving us the information. Tour ended perfectly on time. Definitely a good was to spend 3 hours.
Luca always great! Very friendly and gave lots of local reccomdations. We ate A LOT. I think it was very good value for the money. Would definitely book again.
