My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful personalised tour with our driver Paulo and our very knowledgeable guide Cecilia. Each destination was authentic with delicious food, and balsamic and wine tasting. We loved the tour and highly recommend to others.

Lovely food and wine tour outside Bologna
This is a lovely morning out of Bologna.
With the terrific guide Ella and friendly driver Paolo, we had a great time visiting several interesting places.
First the small parmigiano factory with a guided tour and small breakfast.
Then a stop at a very small family run balsamic vinegar maker. The maker gave us a tour and a tasting. I never knew there was so much to balsamic!
Finally our favourite stop was the amazing winery, set in some beautiful countryside with some delicious wine. The family running the winery were so friendly and we had a very informative and casual tour. I would love to have bought more if the wine and will try to find a way to get some sent to me in UK.

Ella (guide) and Roberto (driver) were incredible. They were very punctual, knowledgeable and kind. This tour was a highlight of our trip. We also got some recommendations for the remainder of our trip which were very helpful.
Make sure to bring closed toe non slip shoes for the parmesan factory, the floor can get really quite wet but the process is very impressive and cheese tastes amazing.
The balsamic vinegar tasting was eye opening. We're from Canada and it tasted very different than what we were used to. We were very impressed.
The last stop, was beautiful and very homey. The people were very welcoming. We arrived right on time for the harvest and were able to taste the different types of grapes as well as the wines.
Would highly recommend.

Great experience.
Fantastic tour. Definitely recommend booking this. Very small group with a great guide so we got a lot of good information. Loved visiting small producers - we were the only ones there at 2 of 3 stops!

Brilliant Tour from Start to Finish
One of the highlights of our trip to Bologna and well worth the money. Visiting the Parmigiano Reggiano producer, traditional balsamic vinegar producer and local winery was a brilliant experience and gave a real insight into how everything is made.
Breakfast at the cheese producer was a lovely touch, and lunch at the winery was excellent. Everything was really well organised and never felt rushed.
Ela was a fantastic guide – friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole day feel really personal rather than just another tour. She was happy to answer questions and made sure everyone had a great experience. We’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bologna.

Perfect day of Cheese, Balsamic, and wine!
Great tour! Perfect amount of time spent throughout the day, back in Bologna in time for lunch. Our guide Ella was fantastic and very knowledgeable about not only the tour but also all things Bologna and Emilio- Romagna. Our driver Roberto was also fantastic and very knowledgeable about all things Modena and too the time to drive us by the Ferrari factory. Would highly recommend!

Delicious and educational!
Amazing tour! Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable about the region. Each of the factory tours were delicious and educational with fabulous cheese, balsamic, and wine. We tried so many new things and learned a lot!
