This tour exceeded all of our expectations! From start to finish- tour was phenomenal! The factory was pristine- so cool to see the cheese master at work! And then to taste the parm! Highly recommend!
We love this tour. Very interesting and the guide was very knowledgeable. Easy ride from Parma to the farm.
Great tour with one on one tour guide. Guide was wonderful! The only thing that fell short was that we only tasted one inner core ring but would have been nice to try different aged cheeses to get to 5 star.
Instructions for pick up very clear. On time. Safe drive to the factory in the near countryside. Explainations were given both in italian and english. Very interresting to learn the production process from cow stalls to the worldwide known cheese wheel. And obviously the cheese tasting was much appreciated!! Had a very good experience and would recommend it !
Loved seeing the whole process from the cows to the cheese tasting all within steps of each other. We learned a lot and appreciate the craftsmanship involved. Prosciutto tasting nearby was unexpected bonus.
This was great fun and we learned a great deal. Very interesting to watch the professionals actually make the cheese. Also met some lovely cows!! Tasted a nice variety of cheese of various ages. Highly recommend this tour.
Very informative and fun tour. We even had a chance to go into the barn and see the cows! Plus a very generous sample of cheese along with wine.
Lovely visit that explains and shows the process from beginning to end. Great to be able to leave from the centre and not have to bother finding our way to and from. Danielle was a great guide.
