Isadora conducted a private tour for my wife and me that was nothing short of amazing. She secured a driver that took us to the Modena countryside to experience & taste Balsamic Vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano & Prosciutto at local factories and we were impressed with every aspect of this experience. Isadora had a personal relationship with the owners of each business which allowed her access to all areas of the process. They all knew her very well and were most welcoming to us. What impressed us the most was Isadora's knowledge of each and every factory and production processes. It was simply amazing and impressive. You really felt not only her passion for the products but her love for the businesses and people. Additionally, we were able to spend time at the end of each visit tasting the product. We were never rushed and always felt welcome and at home. Isadora conducted an unforgettable experience.

Isadora was wonderful and very knowledgeable and accommodating. We toured the parmesaan factory and did a private vinegar tour. Highly recommend this experience as it was one of our favorite things we did in Italy!

A delightful trip into Modena to sample and learn about Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and balsamic vinegar from the actual producers. Our knowledgeable and peppy guide was Isadora. She knows the people and the producers and gave us a factory tour as detailed as if she was one of their employees. We learned so much and certainly feasted on the sample products, in each case buying several - right from the source. Grazie Isadora - 5 Stars!

Isadora took us on a brilliant immersive tour of private balsamic vinegar and parmigiano reggiano factory tours. Truly a stand out experience from a month in Italy. Exceeded expectations. Never forget what I learned and these products have so much more meaning now. She was prompt, knowledgable and spoke excellent English as we are from USA. Highly recommend Isadora.

Isadora was so lovely and an incredible guide! Our day with her was perfect and we visited a prosciutto factory in addition to balsamic and parmigiano reggiano tours! She made each delicious tour so informative and fun! She seems to know everybody and related perfectly to everyone in our group. I can’t say enough good things about both the tour and our guide Isadora. Both were phenomenal. We were a group of 7 people and Isadora went out of her way to accommodate our larger group for transportation. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. The venues we visited did not disappoint! Had such a great time we recommended her and the tour to other friends visiting later and they were equally pleased. I would recommend Isadora and her tours to anyone visiting the area.

This tour was one of the highlights of our three weeks in Italy. Isadora was very flexible and had so much knowledge of the region. We added a tour of a Prosciutto factory in with the Parmigiano cheese and Balsamic Vinegar, which made it a full-day tour. Lots of food at every stop, all of it amazing. The small Balsamic producer she brought us to was incredible! It's so clear that Isadora has a great relationship with all of the producers she brought us to. Price was very reasonable, since it was a fixed price for up to three people, and that was the size of our group. Would highly recommend this tour over larger group tours.
