What an awesome experience and meal with Fluvio. Menu was perfect and the food was amazing. Caponata was absolutely delicious and he was such a great host. Met a nice couple from Australia which was pretty cool. Highly recommend this if you’re visiting Palermo.

Fantastic evening
Had a fantastic evening having dinner, the host was very accommodating and met some amazing people during the dinner. Food was fantastic. My booking was able to be rescheduled to the next day as I was unwell and couldn't make the original booking, this was a relief and am glad I never missed this experience. Would recommend, a night to remember.

A truly delightful evening with the Chef in his home. The food was amazing and he has an awe inspiring view of the city
from his beautiful terrace. When he
Learned that we were celebrating a birthday he had a candle in the
dessert and we sang happy birthday . An amazing chef and an extremely kind and thoughtful host , we will always remember this experience. He even found a taxi for us when our taxi service was busy.

Special evening
Our host has welcomed us in his apartment. He cooks and serves his guests with a lot of passion and love. It was a really special evening for my wife and me. On the one hand because of the lovingly freshly cooked food, on the other hand because we had countless evenings in restaurants, but never before, in such a special atmosphere, but because private - away from personal contacts - dinner. Along the way, we learn a lot about Palermo and Sicily. A really nice evening! Thank you.

Authentic food and genuine hospitality.
Fulvio is an amazing chef and an even better host. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed into his home. The local, seasonal food was outstanding, and it was a privilege to experience Palermo’s culinary culture through someone who is clearly a local institution. A fantastic and memorable way to end our Sicily trip.

A home away from home @ Fuvio’s!
OMG such amazing hospitality and warmth, not to mention the delicious vegetarian fare (cooked on special request) - all thanks to Fuvio. We felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. And also as if we have a local friend at Palermo. Very cool experience- please go meet him and eat with him!!

A night over all expectations.
Fantastic experience where you feel at home after a few minutes. Nice Sicilian food and wine served with many good and entertaining stories. The host share joyful information about both cooking and Palermo's history. It was an experience far above our expectations. Can definitely be recommended

Lovely evening
An interesting and very enjoyable evening tonight. Fulvio cooked a meal for us in his home, an apartment overlooking the City. Wonderful local Sicilian food and great chat, even turned out his wife is from Manchester!
