I had a wonderful cooking lesson in the home of Chef Andrea. He was professional and funny and full of enthusiasm for all his guests. We made caponato, pasta Norma, stuffed pork and canoli. And then we ate it and it was an excellent meal. Wine flowed generously as well. We were a class of nine people from all parts of the world and Chef was a great ambassador for Palermo. This cooking class was the highlight of our visit here

The family was wonderful and it was nice to eat in their home with them. It was very entertaining and the Sicilian food was delicious. I love to cook and learn new techniques. We shared our experience with a couple from the Netherlands and a group from Canada. We truly enjoyed the experience and recommend it highly.

A true highlight of our trip to Palermo! Having the one on one experience with Andrea and his wife will be a night we will not forget! It was just two of us and two of them and a very hands-on experience in the comfort of their home. The food was amazing! We ate together around their table and chatted about our families and travel. Andrea and his wife and daughter were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the cooking class very much. Andrea not only show us the cooking step by step, but also provide us very helpful information on each ingredient. At the end we got to enjoy the food we cook which were delicious.

Such a fun experience with a wonderful chef and his family. The directions for making the dishes were very simple and he took us slowly through each step. It was a lovely night. Make sure to leave a little early because of traffic.
