Salvatore made this cooking class an absolute highlight of our trip to Palermo! My son Viktor was completely won over by him from the start, and honestly, so was I. He's funny, he sings while he cooks, and he clearly loves what he does — you can feel it in every dish. The food was outstanding, and the market tour taught us so much about local ingredients and hidden gems we never would have found on our own. Salvatore isn't just a great chef, he's a true entertainer and a wonderful host. Highly, highly recommend — one of the best experiences of our whole trip!"

Great experience!
We had such a great time doing the cooking class with market tour. Salvo was our chef and he was amazing! Made the class so fun and he made us all laugh. Would definitely recommend!

Great Palermo Activity
