Excellent experience! Learned how to make Arancini, pasta and canoli! Trip to the market and ate authentic street food. Salvo was our chef and guide, he is top notch!

Marcello was our instructor for the day, he was wonderful! Explained everything very well and made for an enjoyable day. We took about an hour tour thru the Capo market and he did an excellent job explaining the history of the market and the vendors. Oh and the food, delicious! Pasta, arrancini and canoli! Highly recommend this tour!
We had such a wonderful time with the chef Marcello. He took time with us to show us all the process from the beginning to the end, shared great anecdotes and was very patient with all of us. I am grateful I got to discover how to cook typical Sicilian food in very good company while enjoying delicious wine. The fact we were just five people attending the class also make it so much better and cozier. Everything, from the cooking to the market tour, was amazing and will definitely be one of the best memory I get from Sicily. Thank you for this unique experience. I definitely recommend this class for anyone who wants to taste a bit of local lifestyle and discover Palermo’s markets.
Marcello was amazing teacher and tour guide. We are glad we got a small group so we could really experience the market and learning the culinary culture.
