This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! From beginning to end, the experience was absolutely amazing. We loved every minute of the cooking class — learning how to prepare delicious, authentic Sicilian dishes and, of course, getting to enjoy everything we made! What made the experience even more special was Chef Mimmo and his beautiful family. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and made us feel like we were spending the day cooking with family rather than simply attending a class. The food was fantastic, but the laughter, conversation, and wonderful hospitality are what made the experience so memorable. If you are traveling to Sicily, I cannot recommend this experience enough. It is so much more than a cooking class — it is a wonderful opportunity to experience Sicilian food, culture, and hospitality firsthand. This was a fantastic experience. My wife and I had a great time, we learned a lot about pizza and cannoli making and the final product was delicious. Mimmo was a great instructor and mamma Francesca was the best. I highly recommend this to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Chef Mimmo's cooking class. The amount of participation was just right, we were hands on with all the dishes but didn't work too hard for the final results. The atmosphere was light with lots of humor. The meal at the end was delicious and acquainted us with the local specialties. Overall it was a whole lot of fun

What a wonderful experience! My wife and I had the pleasure of learning how to make Pizza and Cannoli with Chef Mimmo and Chef Mamma Francesca and it truly felt like cooking with family. Not only did we get hands-on experience making each dish, but we learned so much about the history of the food. Chef Mimmo provided so much insight into the importance of the ingredients and techniques, as well as some very cool food science behind what makes it all come together. Of course the food was absolutely delicious and the view from the restaurant was gorgeous, but the guidance and experience made it so much more than just a great meal by the sea. Cannot recommend this enough!

This was a great experience! Not only was it fun but with two weeks in Sicily, it was the best meal we had including one at a Michelin 2 star restaurant. Go hungry because it is a lot of food.

It was fun , a lot of food, wine and you got to participate in the process. Great view by the ocean.

The cooking class was great. The visit to the market after being picked up at the meeting point was somewhat unnecessary. Everything you learned about the vegetables there was also explained to you while cooking. The hosts were very friendly and funny. After the cooking class, we were given a recipe for all the dishes so that we can cook them again at home. There were about 25 of us, and we were divided into three groups. After cooking, we ate together right on the beach promenade. All in all, a great activity that is definitely recommended.

Fantastic! Chef mimmo and staff were excellent. Fun, helpful and very informative. Not only did we eat great food, we met his Mom. Little mimmo made me feel so special because this was my first time making pasta and had no idea what to do lol We also met very many nice people. Book this experience, you won't regret it!!!!

What a great time we had with Chef Mimi and his family and staff. The experience was amazing. We got to make our own meals and learned some really valuable skills during the experience. Then the best part the feast he and his staff put out for us to eat. All I can say is come hungry. Bravo Mimmo.!!!
