There was a problem with a vehicle and we ended up waiting an hour for the driver to show up. Initially we were told 15 minutes. We would have preferred to have a more accurate estimate. Our driver was courteous and an excellent driver
Our driver Kibrea was fabulous!! He contacted us just as we were waiting for our luggage to let us know where he would be waiting to pick us up. He took charge of our luggage and delivered us to our destination, then carried the luggage to the check in. He was friendly and engaging on the drive in to the city. A good representative for the company and would certainly select him as a driver again.
Have used this service several times and each time it has been outstanding. Reliable, do exactly what you asked for and in time. Courteous drivers, highly recommended.

Great experience overall. Booking was easy, communication with the company and driver was very clear. Our driver Ali was super communicative and flexible with the timing of our flight and he was able to come much earlier than what I had booked, as we were through passport control and got our luggage quicker than expected.

Do not book with this company by any means! They will arrive before your set time stated on your contract and then charge you a late fee. When I said that I would be filing a complaint with my card company about this they proceeded to cancel my transfer despite me arriving within the time stated on the contract. I will never recommend this company and will be reporting them for poor business practices.
