Due to increasing airport regulations and restrictions, drivers are no longer permitted to wait freely in pick-up areas or remain stationary outside terminals for extended periods. As a result, a Meet & Greet service has become necessary to ensure a smooth and compliant collection process. This service includes several additional costs for the driver, such as: Airport parking fees while waiting inside the terminal Time spent monitoring your flight and adjusting arrival accordingly Entering the terminal and waiting in arrivals with a name board Providing a more seamless, stress-free experience, especially after a flight These factors contribute to the £18 charge, Inclusive of VAT, which helps cover the added time, access, and operational costs involved.
