We ended up having to wait nearly an hour because our driver went to the wrong port. I had given them the name of the ship and the arrival time and time we would be coming off the ship but he wasn't there. Fortunately they called me and we got it straightened out but it was hard on my friend you has knee problems and had to sit on her luggage until he finally showed up. After that, the driver was polite and the ride was fine with a very nice van able to hold all our luggage. We had hired a 5 passenger van for the 3 of us due to the amount of luggage we had. That worked very well. We did have a mix up at the hotel but that was my fault entirely as I didn't realize there were 2 of the same brand there and I just gave him the name and not the address.

Great ride from the Southampton harbor to London Heathrow. The driver was punctual and friendly. We made great time to the airport.

It was our driver. I specifically gave the queen Elizabeth terminal for pick up when booked. He called and said twenty minutes. Half hour later I called him. Twelve minutes he said. I told him twice in the calls what terminal. Then I called again and he said he went to the wrong one. I said we had a flight to catch. He ended up being twenty minutes late. The drive was smooth and we did get there but usually Viator arrangements are excellent.

It was great. Our driver was professional, the van was clean and new. He showed up on time and gave me a call 5 minutes out. It worked well. The only thing I wish they would do is tell you ahead of time how to contact your driver and what vehicle to look for and include the license plate. It would make this good experience perfect.

I would strongly recommend steering clear of this company if you’re actually looking for a “seamless” airport pickup or transfer experience. Unfortunately, I had to use them three separate times because all of the transfers were pre-booked and prepaid. While the individual drivers were generally pleasant, the company operates essentially as a third-party logistics provider, and they seem to have significant difficulty keeping up with their commitments. I was traveling internationally from the U.S., so I had to turn on my wireless plan each time I was scheduled for a transfer just to communicate with the company and driver due to lack of timeliness by the company and their team. Our airport pickup was probably the best experience of the three, but even then, the driver was late and seemed unsure about the designated pickup location, despite the location having been communicated to the company multiple times. The second transfer—from our London hotel to the cruise port—was also late. To make matters worse, our vehicle broke down on the highway on the way to the port. To give the company credit, they did eventually find a replacement driver, but we were left waiting on the side of a London highway for more than 90 minutes with two young children. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve after the cruise. Our scheduled pickup from the cruise port was at 9:30 a.m., and the driver arrived approximately 1 hour late. What was perhaps most frustrating was the lack of communication and accountability. When you have a problem, getting a response from the company is extremely difficult. Rather than proactively communicating or addressing negative feedback, you’re essentially left waiting and trying to figure things out yourself. The drivers themselves were fine, but the company’s logistics and communication were not. If you’re paying for a private airport or cruise transfer because you want reliability and peace of mind—especially when traveling with children—I would highly recommend finding another provider.
