Great communication of pick up point On time it was a ride to the airport not much to say...........
Our ride from the cruise port in Southampton to Heathrow in London was super easy and quick. Driver picked us up on time directly in front of the port and took us to our terminal entrance right in front of the door that led straight in to our airline.
Easy to set up appointment and reliable friendly on time performance. Set my mind at ease for on time arrival to the airport.
We had a very smooth experience! Our driver was informative and arrived on time. The People carrier was roomy for our luggage and the two of us. I highly recommend them!

Sizes of car is not as represented accurately on the website and when you present your options to the tour they will not give you a refund for any amount of money and they will not send an upgraded car. We were lucky to get in all the luggage and spend an hour crunched in to a way smaller car than I had originally ordered. The girl was understanding and told us the 170 lb that they charge to via tour was a lot less than the 338 pound that we paid

However, we would like to clarify that your booking was for a VIP Saloon, and we supplied a Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate—the largest vehicle available within that category and one offering significantly more luggage space than a standard saloon. The booking did not indicate that you would be travelling with seven suitcases. Had we received accurate luggage details in advance, we could have recommended a larger MPV or minibus before the journey. Despite the unusually large amount of luggage for a saloon booking, our driver made every reasonable effort to accommodate it, and you and your luggage were transported safely to Heathrow as booked. We therefore believe we fulfilled the service purchased and provided the largest suitable vehicle within the selected category.

Baris was a fantastic driver yesterday on our trip from Southhampton to LHR. When we got our cruise disembarkation information the day before and it was later than expected, I told the company and they confirmed the new time right away. Baris was still there an hour early. His car was clean and comfortable and he was an excellent driver even with the heavy tracker. If you want a relaxing way to end your trip, look no further than here!
