The driver was prompt and very cordial. He got us to Heathrow in great time to catch our plane! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

The driver was very nice. He felt very bad because he was not a van as pictured and as we ordered. 3 person with 3 large suitcases, plus carryon and his trunk only git two large suitcases. We had luggage on our laps! Awful experience and for the price we paid for a van. I want a partisl refund as we were deceived into think the photo of the van in our congirmation email was the type of vehivle we would receive.

Excellent service from start to finish! On time and terrific door to door service to the airport. Car was clean and large enough for all our luggage!

Mohammed was early to pick us up and a great communicator. He got us from the cruise port to London Heathrow with no issues. Appreciate his professionalism.

Service was excellent. The driver was a pleasant and respectful gentleman. He arrived on time. He was a good driver on the highway. The vehicle was very comfortable. We have no complaints.

Our driver, Flavio, was on time, and actually got us to the airport earlier than expected. He was a wonderful driver! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The service from Viator was excellent, going to the cruise port, being picked up from the cruise port, and taken to the airport. Both drivers arrived 15 minutes early, and my group of 4 was ready. I felt the first driver drove a little on the fast side. The second driver drove at a moderate speed. It was raining cats and dogs, but he drove with excellence! I would definitely use Viator's black car service again. It was easy to book, the drivers were timely, and the experience was great! We also had a little hiccup during our trip. An important medication was left behind when we were leaving for our cruise. I called Viator, and they were able to send a driver to pick up the medication from our hotel and bring it to the cruise port. This action saved our trip!

All as advertised. Vehicle clean and good size. Driver was excellent. Helped with luggage. More info should be given to help vehicle selection. The vehicle’s I selected for all our transfers would not have been sufficient. Thank goodness I made an inquire and upgraded all the transfers.

Sunny was our driver for our ride from South Hampton Cruise port to Heathrow Airport London and was on time and very courtious and a it was a great ride!!

Driver was supposed to be at the cruise terminal with a sign with my name on it. We arrived at the terminal's departure exit 10 minutes early because, from our experience, drivers are normally early or on time. We waited an additional 25 minutes. Two of us waiting at the terminal exit never leaving, and two of us constantly walked up and down the taxi stand. There were plenty of drivers with signs at both locations, so we were obviously in the right place. The terminal employees confirmed this and were well aware of who we were, and that we had not been contacted by the driver. Consequently, it would pretty hard not to make contact with the driver. We texted twice and never received a reply although I had texted them previously in prior days and the office did reply in a reasonable amount of time, so texting was obviously working. I also phoned several times, but the phone calls did not go thought for some reason. Incredibly we never received a direct call from the driver or a text. The company did call after 66 minutes. I explained our situation and said we had a schedule to maintain and consequently had to grab a taxi. She was adamant that driver was there, and that we would be listed as a "no show" even though we never received any communication from the driver or the office. She was polite but not the least bit interested in considering our point of view. We are experienced travelers and use private drivers regularly. We never had a driver not find us, or communicate if they couldn't find us. Again, first communication from the company was 66 minutes after the pick-up time.
