We arrived in the area of the meeting point to find many buses and it took a while to find the right bus. We met Alex, our guide, checked in and started our tour. Our first stop was Como and Alex provided a good commentary on the area where we explored on our own. Next was a drive up the lake to a point where we boarded a boat to see a few villas and Bellagio. Bellagio was beautiful, especially as we walked away from the lake into the narrow streets for lunch. Boarded the boat again to the bus and off to Lugano. Walking Lugano was easy as we chased chocolate and ice cream. We sat lakeside side in a park area to take it easy. Communication with Alex and tour company was excellent. What’s App was used to make sure we boarded the bus, provided Alex’s contact information, and meeting spots along the tour.

We had a great time on this tour. It is very enjoyable despite the getting on and off the bus. The cities visited are the essential ones in the area and the free time is very well organized. The guide, Eleonora, was very attentive and her explanations were very interesting. It is not an overwhelming experience in terms of having to follow a group for a long time, but rather the dynamic is more enjoyable. There is a little bit of theory and then plenty of free time. The value for money is unbeatable. Having a vehicle available all day and a professional guide makes it worth it. Thank you very much for everything!
The guide, Eleonora, was very kind and explained everything very well. The tour is quite long, but it doesn't feel heavy or tiring at all. Highly recommended. 10/10 experience.
Such a good experience, I think we had the perfect amount of time in each city. Loved the boat tour, it had such lovely views.
Eleonor was the guide, very pleasant and attentive. One person did not arrive at the meeting point, in the end they were on the bus, but she was attentive to those details and knew what she was talking about, a 10 out of 10 guide. For my taste, Lugano was unnecessary.
