Meeting spot was easy to find when you follow the instructions provided. Easy to check in and get your headset. Josephine was our guide for the day and was wonderful. Explained meeting points and times. She gave great information about the history. Bus driver was great at getting through the tight streets and bus was very clean.

Laura was our guide, and she was wonderful! Enjoyed the beautiful towns of Lake Como.

Meeting place was a little confusing as many groups with different companies all meeting at the same spot. Give yourself extra time to make sure you find the right company and bus. After that, the rest was amazing. 0% stress and 100% joy! Our guide Laura was extremely friendly, well spoken and informative and communicated clearly meeting times and places. She shared interesting and factual information with us along the journey and also had a great sense of humor. Really loved her energy. Our bus driver was also top notch! Those narrow curvy roads from Como to Bellagio are really something else. The bus ride is also part of the adventure as the views were amazing. Clean and comfortable coach style bus. Boat tour was lovely. Saw many beautiful villas. Highly recommend this tour. Saw more in one day then we could have ever done on our own.

Great trip with no hassle trying to figure out transportation. Absolutely stunning views and perfect day with beautiful scenery and a great tour guide. So glad we did Como this way rather than on our own.

We left the tour half way through. The “guide” did not do a tour in Como or Bellagio (we skipped Lugano so I can’t say what she did there). In Como we were told that there a change in law that allowed no more than 25 people to be with a guide. There were 57 people on our bus. The guide walked us to a square with shops and restaurants and said I don’t know you , I’m not with you but you can walk behind me if you choose. They were aware of this change in law but did not send two guides to accompany the group so it could be split. They also could have limited the number in th group to 25 people. After an hour walking around on our own we got on the bus (without working a/c) and drove an hour to get a boat to Bellagio. Once there we were told to be back in line for th return boat in 90 minutes. Again, no guided tour of Bellagio. There were many tourists there and all of the restaurants were crowed so unless you wanted a slice of pizza or a handheld sandwich to eat standing on sitting in the ground, you were not seeing the town. We decided to cut our losses and save the remaining 5 hours of the day. We stayed in Bellagio a little longer and took the ferry back to Como. We walked around the waterfront there (which we didn’t see that morning) and then bought train tickets back to Milan. Do not waste your money on this tour. It was $300 for the two of us to be drive to two towns. We spent 34 euros for the hydrofoil ferry and 38 euros for first class train tickets to Milan and had a nicer time without rushing to get to a hot bus with a guide who did not tell us anything about the area or show us around in a walking tour. Extremely disappointed with the way the day started. We ended up having a beautiful day on our own.

Went on the tour on the last day of April. The nice thing about it was that we could keep all the stops and that's because of the group, all of the 50+ tourists were responsible and on time to the bus. However, the overall experience was bad and here are the main points: 1. Boat tour is 45 min! Plus 10 minutes to return to the bus. Don't expect a one and a half hour ride as advertised. 2. The tour is advertised as guided tour! The tour was NOT GUIDED! Apparently there is a law and there can't be more than 25 tourists in a guided group. Being a group over 50 people, the guide instructed us that she will bring us to the center and then she will leave us have free time because she is not allowed to guide such a big group. She kept saying like "follow me but not follow me". Everyone was confused, some left to wander, others kept following her. She hid and was "one of us clients" when she saw the police. It was incredibly awkward and definitely not guided! IF THIS IS A LAW, BRING TWO GUIDES NEXT TIME! 3. The "tour guide" spoke in very bad English. Spoke English words and often made no sense. And that in addition to the fact that the tour was not guided. The guide spoke very little, gave very few information, was good only in organizing the return time to the bus.
