I dont understand why we wasted so much time going to Lugano...it was very little time in Lake Como...I´m guessing it was the first tour the guide gave...
Fabulous tour! Andy was amazing- gave us a ton of information and gave us plenty of time to enjoy- it’s was just organized enough to be able to fully relax without any stress. Highly recommend! Lugano and Como are both beautiful!

Monica was absolutely amazing.This is an absolute must do if you are staying in Milan or even nearby! Como was an unforgettable experience and even better with such a small group. Swimming and exploring in Lugano was equally amazing. The free time is enough to do the things that you want, but not too much that you will overheat if it is hot.

A good alternative to get an overview of both lakes. In the case of Como, I did not notice that Bellagio and nearby gardens were not included, which I find more interesting than stopping in Torno. The guides should be told not to pressure the passengers to name and rate them on social media. And to review what they communicate to the client, as it is more interesting to know about the history and anecdotes of the lake, rather than talking about money all the time insisting on the value of the houses there.
Thank you for your feedback. Regarding Bellagio, on this tour our choice is intentional. While Bellagio is the most famous village on Lake Como, it is also the most crowded. We prefer to take our guests to quieter and more authentic locations where they can enjoy the beauty of the lake without fighting through large crowds and long queues. Additionally, Bellagio is not included in this tour itinerary and is not mentioned in the tour description. Nagi our host, was fantastic and the trip was a great blend of tour and free time. Her recommendations for places and things to do for free time were excellent. Meeting points and times were well organised and instructions were easy to follow. A fantastic day. Would definitely recommend.
Naji was a wonder host. She was very informative and was very passionate about her job. The train ride was great and we were seated In first class which was a treat! Naji gave us directions and ideas as to where to go on our breaks and one of the restaurants she suggested was amazing! I would thoroughly recommend this trip and will be telling family and friends back home in Australia

Najma was our guide and brought us to Como and Lugano. She was knowledgeable and guided us to local restaurants and shops when we had a chance to go out on our own. Great experience!
