Our guide Rosa was fabulous. Made for a fantastic day touring the 2 art museums. We got up close to all the main attractions including The David. Covered a lot of ground and saw so much that we couldn’t do on our own. It would have taken several trips to see everything we saw. Rosa has been doing this for a long time and had so much information to share. If you can ask for her to be your guide. You won’t be disappointed.

Thank you so much for leaving this glowing 5 star review! We are thrilled to hear that Rosa made your private tour of the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries such a fantastic and seamless experience. Navigating Florence's rich collections on your own can be overwhelming, so we take great pride in curating efficient, expert led itineraries that bring you directly to iconic masterpieces like Michelangelo's David while sharing deep historical insights you wouldn't find independently. Rosa's years of passion and expertise truly set our tours apart, and knowing you would recommend her so highly is the best compliment we could receive. Thank you for choosing Florence and Global Tours, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another unforgettable journey through Italy!

Thank you so much, Brenda and John, for taking the time to share this lovely 5 star review! We are absolutely thrilled that you enjoyed your private tour so much.
Alessandra is an exceptional guide, and we are so glad her deep passion for the Renaissance shone through during your time together. It is one thing to look at the works of the great masters, but having a guide who enthusiastically connects the art to the specific times, places, and history of Florence completely transforms the experience. Thanks to our reserved tickets, we are so glad the entry process allowed you to transition smoothly into the galleries so you could focus entirely on Alessandra's wonderful insights.
Thank you for choosing Florence and Global to experience the magic of Florence. We send a warm thank you back to Ireland and hope to welcome you both against the next time you visit Italy!

Ask for the Rose of Firenze for an incredibley classy experience.
Ask for the Rose of Firenze! This amazing woman will take you on not just a tour but an experience and education all at once. She taught me to experience what you are looking at THEN take a picture and also snap a second pic of the placard so you have it for yourself in the future. I can say her guidance changes how I explored Italy for the rest of my trip. She showed us what mattered and encouraged us to expand from there. I urge you to ask for Rose as your guide. None can surpass the Rose of Firenze!

Your description of her as providing not just a tour, but a true experience and education, is a testament to her unique gift and her decades of experience as a guide in Florence and beyond. We love hearing about the valuable lesson she taught you to be present with the art before taking a photo and we are so incredibly proud that her guidance changed how you explored the rest of Italy. That lasting impact is the greatest compliment we could ever receive.
She is indeed a seasoned professional who knows how to reveal what truly matters, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team. We wholeheartedly agree that none can surpass the Rose of Firenze!

Silvia was amazing with extensive knowledge of the art and all of the movements in the Gothic and Renaissance periods. And she was very understandable the entire time, with excellent English. She was kind and accommodating with my husband’s need for elevators. It was a lifetime dream to see these, and she made it happen!

History Revealed
Great tour, our guide Rosa was very knowledgeable and provided her own unique insight into the many works of art we were able to see during the tour. This tour is definitely meant for those who want to understand the history and back stories of the many works of art, not for someone that just wants to look at the art. Enjoyed it…
